The entire process with Lindemann Chimney from the review of the project, estimate, scheduling, construction and billing was courteous and professional. Their correspondence was quick and polite. Technicians were professional and the project was left very clean. I am very satisfied with the overall outcome.

The serviceman was great. The cost was outrageous. He replaced a chimney cap on a one story house. You can buy the same cap for about 60 - $70. Lindemann charged over $300 for a 15 min. job. I am a disabled veteran, when I called for an estimate I was advised that a veterans discount was available. When I booked the job I was advised that the discount was not available because my cost did not reach some magical amount.

Great experience, excellent work, reasonable price. Lindemann Chimney replaced the top section of our chimney, put on a new cap, stainless steel liner with a great warranty, plus they tuckpointed 3 floors of the old chimney and in our case, they even came in under estimate.
My house is over 110 years old, and my chimney showed its age. It was shabby and dangerous before Lindemann started work (we were so concerned after buying this house that we got every floor several new co2 detectors and affixed them on and around the chimney itself, until it could be repaired correctly. After all, it was +100 years old, and our home inspection showed: no liner and worn out masonry). But, after Lindemann, it looks like we have a completely new chimney and now there is a new stainless-steel liner going from the furnace through to the top, with a warranty - so we know we are safe.
We expected this job to take weeks, Lindemann sent multiple crews out to our home and completed everything in a few days. They had grout designed for +100 year old masonry. (I never even knew that was a thing! And no, it was not an extra charge :) These folks and the skill they showed, made me glad I didn't try this job myself. Actually, their skills in every area of this job, are the reason I am writing this. I was very surprised at how well it all went. This was done effortlessly (for us - they did everything) and to an expert degree. We weren't even referred to Lindemann, we just responded to a flyer they sent to our mailbox. And our work... absolutely could not have gone better!

Lindemann did a terrific job. First about a year ago they rehab there a chimney and it works terrifically. Secondly, they came just this month and cleaned and inspected the chimney. The individual did a great job very clean. Very efficient. Thank you Lindemann.

Lindemann chimney did outstanding work to convert our wood burning to gas. It took me 18 years to convince my husband to spend the money and say goodbye to wood and a quick 2 hours for the crew to install! It looks so much better than I expected really and Chris and crew were very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!!

My estimate was an effort to shoot the moon. Fortunately I got other estimates and talked to other professionals with more experience. I was provided with more options, and I was quoted prices up to 50% less by techs who took more time to assess the totality of the job, and what they can do one step at a time. An all or nothing incomplete inspection/ estimate costs much more in the end I'm sure of that. My advice is to go down the road.

We had a gas stove insert and furnace liner for our chimney done. Austin and Jake completed the work and were extremely conscientious of the care given to our home during the process. They were very friendly, efficient, and thorough. The weather was very cold and snowy that day- but it did not hinder their great work at all. Austin had given us the initial estimate for the work and was fantastic at explaining what was needed and why, and fielded any questions we had. Very impressed with the quality of workmanship by this team.

We had Lindemann's out to clean our fireplace. The deck was great, clean and very professional. I would recommend to anyone.
