Very knowledgable technician / salesman. Raul helped us assess our current situation, select a new Valor H5 fireplace, and personally installed it beautifully (including a custom mortar build).
We enjoyed the overall experience, especially working with "a single face" for the Lindemann Co. (and the Valor products).

They were reasonably priced. Prompt service for estimate, minor hlitch on originally scheduled service date. Called on rescheduled date to see if ok to arrive early. Technician was polite and handled the job quickly. If need be, likely to use again.

We recently moved into a home with a fireplace. Lindemann came to inspect it and explain everything to us, since we have never had a fireplace. They even used a tablet and camera so we could see into our chimney to better understand how they will be able to improve it for safety and function. I highly recommend Lindemann.

Wanted my FP serviced in early December before the holidays. Everyone was booked. Lindemann put me on the list for cancellations, one came up, and the service man was there 15 minutes later. He was knowledgeable, friendly, very patient and informative, and absolutely did not make a mess. Their service call was also less expensive than most other places. Highly recommend it.
