We recently moved to the Bartlett area and finding a trustworthy, quality Heating & AC company is always difficult. They were absolutely wonderful with extremely reasonable pricing. Your tech actually showed me what the problem was and explained it thoroughly. We had another company come out prior to you guys, and I was extremely disappointed. Your tech even went through the list they provided and showed me how they were wrong! Thank you very much.We will use you going forward, and highly recommend you guys! Great customer service!

Mike and Russ did a great job. Very thorough and efficient replacing my 15YO furnace. Been using Compass Heating for AC and furnace cleaning for 4 years .

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!! I have no idea how this company has the rating it does other than the only way to get them to listen or return a call is to write a negative review. I wish I acted on my gut after the first service where they charged me over $350 simply to plug something in then to have the employee inappropriately give me his private cell number and also tell me how he has had customer's offer him "favors" in exchange for a lower bill. I called this company and the owner dismissed everything I said. Then I wrote a review and he offered me $80 off. I had a A/C cleaning left and Furnace cleaning so A/C was cleaned and no issue. Owner came out to check the furnace and he asked if I want to renew my contract. I said no and here are the reasons. He said he would correct the problem and offer me another discount if I renewed. So I did. Then Russ comes out to clean my A/C. I find out that I need over $600 in repairs. I say I want to think about and he says "Well, then you will pay an $85 extra service call". I said I still needed to research it. He leaves and I call another company. I find out the compressor is a $65 part and also, when I see the invoice in my email, its says he never cleaned out my A/C due to no water. I have an outside spicket, he just never asked. I called and they said they would be back out and here it is 2 weeks later and nothing. Save yourself the stress and find a reputable company.

They were very knowledgeable. Loved working with Ryan Becker. He even went to my Moms house to help her too. Was recommended by my neighbor and so glad that she had a great experience with Compass as well. Pamela DeGrassi

Great service! All day job replaced water heater, AC and ductwork on my old furnace. Beautiful job and clean up afterwards. The D and D team (Dave and Dan? Thanks! And sorry guys, bad with names!) were polite and friendly, answered all questions. They made sure not to let my dog out while moving their gear. AND they attached my garage opener button that was dangling from the wall for six years without saying s word. Just to be nice. Maybe not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but definitely the most capable. Recommend to all!

Russ was professional and friendly. He serviced our heater in preparation for winter and renewed our maintenance contract. We have used Compass since we moved here in Jan. 2015 and are always pleased with their service!

The Compass installation team was awesome and did a great job with my new ductless AC units. I could not be happier with them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Called and a technician was at my house within 2 hours. Ryan was polite, efficient and price was very reasonable. Great service only comes from a great company. Highly recommend.

Great company! We started on the maintainence plan, which I highly recommend. The technicians and owner are honest and really nice. We had an incident happen late on a Sunday night in the winter and they came right out to fix it. We were relieved to be on the maintenance plan which made it affordable. All the workers are veterans which we love. I would highly recommend them.

Our furnace went out on Friday night- Compass was out right away. Unfortunately they couldn't do the repair until Monday but Mike was here before noon and we're now back to a warm house! Highly recommended, fast service.
