This was the second home appliance that I had service for. Back when I bought the house I had to get a boiler replaced which i was greatly pleased with Compass's service. Almost five years later I was ready to put in a central air unit. Knowing how great of an experience i had with Compass on the boiler, i contacted Compass. They explain to me in great detail on both a ductless and a duct system. Based on their recommendation I decided to go with the Mitsubishi ductless system. This time there was no difference with the service i received with the installation of the boiler. Excellent company with excellent service. I would recommend this company to all my friends and anybody that would ask me

During the last deep freeze with temps in the teens, my furnace went out around 6 PM. With space heaters going in my newborn sons nursery I called several HVAC places. As expected they were all estimating a long response time. Joe Tholl from Compass came out ASAP late that night. When he arrived he was well mannered and began diagnosing my furnace. He found the problem and was to fix it on site. The price was very fair for the work he preformed and the speed of his response. Joe Tholl went above and beyond and even followed up the next day. He told me how I could prevent the same problem from happening again. By buying a $15 "furnace lock" to stop the air flow from being drawn in from immediately around the furnace and through the filter instead of through the cold air returns throughout the house.

Mike and Dave were excellent! I had them out to replace a water heater and humidifier. They showed up right at the start of the projected time window, beat their estimate for time to complete the job, and were very friendly to me and my dog the whole time :-). The guys were very careful to cover all the floors and leave the house exactly the way they found it. Work was extremely clean and they took the time to explain how everything worked, and what proper maintenance looked like. We go to these guys for all of our HVAC needs and have not been disappointed yet! Quality and trustworthy company that appreciates your business!

We recently had a Ductless system installed in our 3 season room.
Mike and his installers are very professional. The installers did a fine job,cleaned up very well and explained the operation of the system to us.

Compass is a great company for all furnace and air conditioning needs. My technician Mike (who is also the owner) was out today to clean and inspect my air conditioning system for the upcoming summer months was timely, friendly, informative, and has a no pressure approach to everything. I've had Compass out to clean and inspect both my furnace and air conditioning since December 2014 and I wouldn't choose anyone else. It is extremely important to me that I protect my investment and Compass always does great work.

Compass really knows mini splits. Their technician did a deep cleaning of our Mitsubishi indoor unit professionally and on time. I would definitely hire them again.

Team was out to install a new tankless water heater. Arrived on time, ready to go. I had a bunch of questions which they were happy to answer, and knew all the answers. Really professional, friendly and respectful. This is the second time I've used Compass for new equipment and they are the only ones I'll use. Definately recommended!

We had many unsuccessful attempts from other companies to repair our Mitsubishi Multi-Series system. Mike and his team came in and succeeded. After listening to our issues, he quickly diagnostic and repaired the system. He even reconfigured the system setting when he found it was not properly set during the original install eight years ago. Mike and his team were always professional, answering any questions we had during the repair. We are extremely satisfied and will continue to use Compass Heating and Air for years to come.

My A/C unit stopped working so I called Compass on Saturday evening and Mike, the owner, was at my house the next morning. I told them I could wait until the next day or Mike would have come Saturday night. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price.

Mike and his staff are experts in HVAC. I have used Compass before and I trust Mike and his team implicitly. They’ve never steered me wrong. I’m a customer for life.
