Brian is a very honest professional who knows his business. He installed our furnace and air conditioner 2 years ago and did a great job then. We will call on him to continue to maintain it over the years. He is very personable and explains everything to you. We highly recommend him and his business One Call Heating and Cooling.

Great communicators, great prices, great reliability. I was expecting them tomorrow, and their tech called this afternoon to say he was finished at another job early, had extra time, and could he come by today? He worked quickly to accommodate my schedule, but took the time to show me a potential problem area (rodents!). Last fall, we had a discussion about the condition of our furnace and water heaters, and what their remaining life expectancy was. The tech patiently answered all of our questions and did not try to up-sell us on things we didn't need. Ladies -- here is a company whose techs do not talk down to you, whether your husband is there or not. I wish other contractors (and mechanics) were all like this. What a great asset to the community.

I was very pleased with one call Heating and Cooling company responsiveness and service. My furnace was not working and needed a new exhaust motor. I spoke with Brian at 7:30 a.m., and by 10:45 a.m., he obtained the part I needed, made it a priority to come to my house, and did the repair. All within that time range. Brian is very professional, thorough, and explained the complete repair to me. Pricing of the repair was fair as well. I will have this company do my air conditioning cleaning and tune up this spring as well. Great job!

Brian at One Call Heating was here today to clean and check my furnace. He also made an adjustment to the speed setting of the blower motor which apparently was set too high by the original installer. We plan to evaluate the a/c comfort level with this setting in the spring and adjust as needed. Brian was a pleasure to work with and I feel comfortable trusting him to make sure things are done right.

We worked with Brian to fix the blower on our furnace. He kept us informed when the warehouse only had a broken part that we needed. He drove throughout the Chicagoland area to get a working part and fixed our furnace. He kept us informed the entire time and was quick to fix the problem. Highly recommended.

This is the best Heating & Cooling Company ever. I've used plenty over my 55 years as a homeowner, but none have been as personable, informative (in a manner a lay person could understand), down to earth and highly skilled. Not only was Brian concerned about how my system was working, but how he felt things would go over the next winter. I will stay with him for as long as he stays in business.... Brian installed a hot water heater. Called him Tuesday afternoon, he put it in Wednesday morning! Great job, left no mess. This summer he installed a new air conditioner-a really good guy to work with.
