Always a pleasure dealing with Amy Home Services! Heather on the phones is great! Tim is wonderful and my favorite plumber! This company maintains my furnace and AC as well as plumbing and electrical work. I have an old house so it is very important to have resources like this. I highly recommend them! Thank you!

Amy saved us on an extremely hot day! Our blower motor decided to die and Amy had a tech out that day to diagnose it. They kept me updated while they found us a replacement. We were very fortunate they found us one so quickly and we able to come install it the next day. We are so thankful for all their hard work to get our air conditioning up and running again! Amazing people and amazing service!

We just had our annual HVAC inspection. The professional service person was cordial and very pleasant. He answered all the questions that we had. He also gave us some helpful insights on how this year's inspection compared to last year's. He was efficient. We have used Amy Home Services for quite a few years now and they have NEVER disappointed us.

We love working with Amy Home Services for many reasons. We know they will do a good job at a fair price. I love that they do not have an up charge for weekend visits; they schedule their guys 7 days a week. On our most recent problem, we were able to make an appointment for the next morning after we discovered our problem, it was promptly diagnosed, and they came back the next day with a 2-person crew & the right tools for the more complicated than initially anticipated work.

*Update* 31MARCH2023 Again, Thank you Amy Services! The ejector pump went out and I was on travel, and my wife was home in with water in the basement. I contacted Amy Services through the Text option on their website late at night, following morning Amy Services had a Professional Technician over to replace it. I can’t say enough about a great American local company providing great services!

Jason spent over an hour doing a very detailed cleaning and maintenance inspection of my HVAC unit. He patiently answered all my questions and showed me how to thoroughly clean my AC unit with the nearby cottonwood trees clogging it up frequently. His outstanding service was greatly appreciated.

Zach and Jason were very professional and solved my sewer issue to my complete satisfaction. They went to great length to assess my issue, even digging through snow to find a city sewer. Amy's website indicates that the owner will personally answer your call after hours, and that was indeed the case when I called after 11pm to set up my service call for the next day. Amy Plumbing did indeed put a smile on my face. If you live in the Fox Valley area and have any ; Heating, Air Conditioning , or Plumbing issues, I recommend giving this local family owned company a call. Bob Issel
