Zach replaced shut off valves at the water meter. He was pleasant and professional, and completed the work in great time on a Saturday evening! I will definitely be calling AMY plumbing again for the next job.

And usually on the same day if parts are in stock. Our most recent experience, during these COVID times, was very professional too. Our technician had his mask on when he arrived and social distanced. I highly recommend Amy Home Services.

Had an issue with our water heater, and got an appointment set up for the next day, which was good considering the holidays. Ended up replacing the water heater due to age and cost of repair. Technician was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, staying until 8:00 pm to complete the job. He even answered all of my plumbing and HVAC questions related to other concerns that I had.

Amy Home Service has been wonderful We pay small monthly fee and that gets us priority service. Every time we have called, we get service that day if it’s an emergency or next day with maintenance calls.
Glad we joined.

I hav used Amy since moving here in 2013. They have installed new gas heater, new furnace and AC plus a water softener for me as we upgraded the house. I purchase a yearly contract from them which covers spring and fall maintenance for furnace and AC plus gets me priority on call out.
I have a thermostat connected to WIFI and when heating gave problems while abroad and notified me early 2020 they came into house and fixed issue. I have no hesitation in recommending their quality and timely service particularly from Justin the tech that i use.

Called on a Sunday when my A/C went out. I was told It would be between 3 and 5 but Ed was ahead of schedule and came much earlier. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced one piece that day in order to make sure i was able to have A/C and said he was going to order the new motor in the morning. I received a call the next morning stating they had the part. Ed came back out to finish the job that afternoon and all is working great. Would highly recommend.

We had a leak coming from an upstairs bathroom leaking into our master closet and into the ceiling of a basement bedroom. We didn't discover the problem until late Friday afternoon. The ceiling in the basement had partially fallen. It was quite a disaster. After calling another plumber and getting no answer, we were able to talk to someone at Amy's and get a plumber out right away. He was able to find and fix the leak that evening and another couple of problems as well. Brad did a great job! Amy's has always been reliable!

We used Amy Home Services to have our outdoor pool heater serviced. The technician told us it was not worth trying to repair and he waived the service fee. I would definitely use Amy's Home Service again and I recommend them to anyone!
