I'm a new home owner navigating some of this place's quirks. Originally contacted Amy's because our sump pump wouldn't turn off. Saw they did electrical work as well and knew we had some broken outlets. Two different appointments scheduled weeks apart. The first service professional (Brad?) arrived, listened as I explained our problems, educated me on how the house's plumbing worked, replaced the sump pump and some pipes in the laundry room.

The electrician arrived today and again listened attentively as I described my issues, addressed the problems we had the most concern about, helped us with the smoke/CO2 detectors, and helped answer some weird questions about some flickering lights (LEDs, they be weird).

Pricing? I don't know how to judge this. I felt it was fair in both cases. I felt like the issues were addressed professionally which gave me an immense amount of peace of mind. I don't feel like I got a "bargain" but I wasn't shopping for a bargain, I wanted a professional to help me take care of my new home. I definitely don't feel I overpaid, either. The price for services rendered fit my expectations. Ideally I won't see them any time soon but if I need them, I feel comfortable relying on them.

I had an issue with my A/C unit where it randomly began making a ton of noise, shook the whole side of the house. I have used Amy Home services in the past at my previous home and called them out to take a look. From making the appointment to letting me know when the tech would arrive the communication was awesome (front office is definitely on point). The tech that came out was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I know a little about a lot of things but when it comes to HVAC systems I know next to nothing. At no point did I ever feel like I was being upsold on anything, and I received great advice and recommendations on how to proceed. It is always great to feel like you have been given enough (and correct) info to make an informed choice especially if you are looking at spending several hundreds of dollars.

Electrician, Scott, has been to my home twice to assist with various electrical needs, including installing light and fan fixtures, upgrading smoke/carbon dioxide detectors and installing a Nest doorbell. His service and professionalism is superior and I would recommend Amy Home Services and specifically Scott to anyone with electrical needs. Plan to have him return this fall to help with some other projects too. Great service!

I have been using Amy Home Services since 2018. I recently had plumbing and furnace service done. As usual their work was done perfectly. They were punctual, professional, informative, clean and friendly. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

We had an old toilet that started to leak and basically would have needed to be fixed or replaced. We elected to replace it, and Amy Home Services brought and installed a very nice one, and even took into account the extra height of our floor to make sure everything was sealed correctly. Service tech was friendly and knowledgeable, and made sure we understood what he was doing and why. Great service - would use again!

Technician was on time and very professional. Answered all our questions related to the furnace. Have added them to contacts for future maintenance on heat and A/C.
