Lifeline Plumbing gave us our dream basement!! We started with a regular bath rough in, but what I wanted was totally different! Other plumbers said it was impossible, but Peter said "We can do that "

I wanted a full kitchen with dishwasher fridge with water and ice, a large powder room, and a luxury shower with rain shower, body sprays, and vanity.

I showed Peter my inspiration from a Kohler look book and Peter said " we can give you that shower ". We got even better!

I had a leaking kitchen faucet and called Lifeline on the 4th of July requesting service the next day. I received a text and a call saying they’d send someone between 10-1 today. The technician Miguel arrived right on time and explained everything thoroughly. He finished the job quickly and cleaned up everything very well. He then explained the new faucet and reminded me to register for the warranty. He was very kind and helpful. I felt the price was also reasonable. I have used Lifeline for many years and they’ve put in a furnace, air conditioner, water treatment system, and repaired leaky faucets and toilets. I highly recommend them.

Everyone was extremely professional. Quick response and install my new thankless water heater super fast. The old tank was back drafting into the basement which concerned me a lot. They were able to replace it next day!

Lifeline has exactly the right name. A lot of plumbing companies say they are 24/7, but on this past holiday weekend, only one of the many I called in an emergency answered and got someone out to our house, and that was Lifeline. Not only did they make us feel prioritized and valued, our technician, Jonathan, did great work. Thorough, hard- working, and patient, he answered many questions and tackled our job with the utmost professionalism. This company was wonderful to deal with, and will be the first one we call in the future.

Lifeline repaired a dripping shower faucet for me. they were quick to respond and super professional. Nathan was very friendly, informative and professional and I appreciated his thorough explanations and excellent work. I have never had a better customer service experience than the one I had with Miguel H. From the first time he called back with his ETA to the completion of the repair, Miguel was without comparison in his professionalism, knowledge, ability, communication skills, patience, and friendliness. Miguel perfectly navigated a very contentious situation caused by my neighbor, and was always very flexible in scheduling. I knew that Lifeline had my best interests at heart. Miguel took whatever time was needed to describe the plumbing issue and to answer any questions I had. I plan to use Lifeline for all of my future plumbing needs, and will recommend the company to my family and friends with 100% confidence.

Both the office and the technician were very professional and friendly. The tech (Mike D.) was great at explaining important details about my water heater issue and various options I had. He also had a fantastic beard that made me feel more confident about his workmanship. Will definitely be calling, next time my plumbing betrays me.

After requesting and receiving three estimates for the replacement of our water heater we chose Lifeline Plumbing. The first reason was Sam and Nate, they came to our home to offer us an estimate. The estimate was not the cheapest, but it was the best. They explained what was needed, and offered observations of what should be done to improve our home. We also needed a water softener removed, and they gave a quote for that also. They also suggested changing gas valves for safety and to bring us to code.
My wife and I have been in our home for 40 years. I've had friends help me with some small projects, and had contractors do others. Without hesitation, I can tell you, Lifeline Plumbing, and the technicians they sent, are the best to ever walk through our front door! They were on time, professional, clean, and efficient, and friendly too! The work they performed was top notch. Like I said earlier, they were not the cheapest, but in the ball park.
If you need work done on your homes systems, you should always obtain a few estimates. My suggestion is that Lifeline be one of them. In the end, you'll probably choose Lifeline, they are JUST THAT GOOD! I'm sure their other technicians are good, but the next time I need help, I will request Sam or Nate. They are what makes the company great.

Edgar was very thorough and explained in detail the steps he took to verify the AC, what did he find, what had to be fixed (including costs) and what would happen if we didn’t do it. He replaced the wiring and the airflow was much better. He also guided me on an attic pipe I didn’t know what it was for (took the ladder and went up to see by himself) which was not part of the routine checks. The missing star is for the admin team, as they didn’t tell me that checking the heating system was not included in the visit and would be another 95 usd unless I signed up for the monthly maintenance program.

Jon came out and did some assessments for a remodel. He was professional and very helpful. Got us the bid in 30 min. Look forward to a long lasting relationship with Lifeline!
