We had Mike and his crew install a whole new system for our home. From our first visit with Mike all the way to the install team, our experience was great! Very professional team!!!!

Awesome to deal with. Was needing to replace furnace and central ac. Had 4 other companies out to quote but wasnt feeling them. Called Compass and Mike came out. Gave me numbers and options right there on first visit, didnt have to wait days for an email quote. Was only one to measure every room in my house to get correct square footage. I have a closed off family room addition and Mike was the only one to suggest downsizing my furnace and ac and installing a ductless system in the family room to eliminate air flow issues. Wound up installing furnace, central ac and Mitsubishi ductless system and couldnt be happier. Other companies have options on items for their install where Mike includes them as standard items in his install. Mike and his team did awesome work and couldnt be happier.

AC capacitor went out on the hottest day of the week. Called them at 9am, they were there by 11 and AC was up and running within 30min. Life savor! Will use moving forward for all my HVAC needs, highly recommended.

We've been using these guys for a while now. Right when we moved into our new house, we realized that our upper vents weren't really blowing out much air when our HVAC was running. It turns out that our upstairs damper switch was mostly closed and there was no way to open it without cutting a hole in the drywall (the damper switch was inside the wall). Compass was able to figure out where the damper was and where to cut the hole. Now we're able to open it or close it at will (i.e. for season changes).

They are absolutely the best company to work with. I have been using this company for several years and there work is top notch. They bend backwards to get any problem fixed the first time. They are a quality heating and air conditioning company. Mike is the best.

I would definitely call Compass Heating & Air again! They gave super competitive rates, were very professional, their service technicians were extremely professional, and the work is excellent! It was refreshing to find a company that does what they say they'll do and when they promise to do it!

Sunday night, we just returned from a weekend away to find our house at 49 degrees! I called and they were here in about an hour. Mike replaced our igniter and we were back in business. Will definitely be using these guys again.

Dave and his helper, Matt, did a wonderful job installing a new furnace. They were careful, professional, ready to answer all questions, and make suggestions about ways I could improve heating and cooling at my home.

I had previously used them for furnace cleanings with no issues. When my (very old) water heater broke, they were out the next morning and I was up and running again in less than 24 hours. Great service!

They were referred by my first call and answered within minutes of my calling them. Furnace went out Tuesday night and had a new on Thursday afternoon. Owner on first call was very professional and installer was same. Probably cheaper out there but these guys were great.
