Besides providing quality work and equipment at a fair price, they are friendly, professional they explain the problems you have or could have and what options they have to help take care of your issues and walk you through every step of the process. A Veteran owned and operated business that looks out for their customers like they do for our country. I won't go anywhere else for service.

Beyond fantastic service from start to finish! After getting several other "diagnostics" done to our system with out ever getting a conclusive answer Mike was able to assess the issue, and provide a solution. We immediately trusted him and have been more than satisfied with our decision to go with them! From first meeting Patrick, to our interaction with Mike, and now Tom we would HIGHLY recommend Compass!

Our AC stopped working on a hot summer day at the start of a holiday weekend. They sent a service guy out same day and they had me up and running very quickly. The tech wore a mask when he entered the house which I was glad for. He was friendly and knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I would recommend.

We have had our maintenance work and now a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Compass. These experiences have all been very good and the workmen are all very nice to deal with. We even had to leave workmen home alone installing the furnace because we had a doctor's appointment and that all went well also.

Compass Heating & Air made getting our air conditioner fixed so easy and stress free! They offered same day service on a Sunday on a holiday weekend for no extra charge. Our technician was Mike Gundersen who was very friendly and informative. He had our air conditioner up and running within an hour of arriving. We will definitely be going to Compass for all our hvac needs!

The technician Ryan was great. He installed new capacitor on my ac unit. But he was told that my capacitor is very different from the other one’s. I think the charges were a little bit high than other companies. I was charged $500 something to change the capacitor. The service was good but for the price, it's pretty high.
