I don't usually write reviews, but I have been so pleased with Compass Heating and Air and the service I have received from them - especially their service technician Joe - that I just had to write one.

We've had Joe out three times now for either troubleshooting heating issues or routine maintenance (we have gone to specifically requesting Joe for everything). Each time Joe has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful, informative, and quick to get things resolved.

This last time we were having issues with our heat kicking on. I reached out and Joe was able to squeeze me in and had everything addressed within 90 minutes of my initial call. I could not be happier with the service I have gotten from Joe and because of him, I highly recommend Compass to all my friends and family!

Our heat went out on a day with negative temperatures. I called and they squeezed us in within the hour. Once they figured out what was wrong they got the part and fixed it same day! Tyler was professional, knowledagble, friendly and very helpful! Thank you!

We bought a house few months ago. It had a new furnace installed beginning of the year. In November we fired it up for the first time. Had all sorts of issues, continuously running, heat control couldn’t catch up to thermostat. Had a company ( out that I always used) and had horrible experience . Came 3 times and still wasn’t working. I was recommended Joe from Compass Heating. I spoke with him and he got everything set up. I was called the next morning and they were out the next day. The new furnace had not been installed right. Spoke with Mike the owner, Got me a proposal that evening. They were back the next day first thing in the morning and raised re-installed my furnace. They also installed and re-piped water heater cause ours was from 2007. Everything has been working great and thank god no more issues. I highly recommend . They were so kind, professional and dependable. Thank you Mike and all of your workers. See you in the spring😃

Joe from Compass Heating and Air came out to perform a tune up on our furnace for the winter. It was smooth, quick, and affordable! Joe gave me a rundown of everything we needed to take care of to keep our furnace around for as long as possible. We will be setting up an appointment for the spring for our AC tune up next.

I came across Compass Heating and Air Conditioning while looking at YouTube videos about Daikin brand Heating and Air Conditioning systems. I watched many videos from vendors far from home saying good things about Daikin HVAC systems. Then on YouTube I saw a video from Compass Heating and Air Conditioning near my home. I watched Mike take the viewer on a tour of his showrooms many Daikin Models. I knew I found the right place.

I called them because I needed to replace a 25 year + heating and cooling system that my wife was stressed about relying on for another winter. Mike the owner of Compass Heating and Air Conditioning came to my home Monday and the next day they installed a Daikin Fit heat pump and 96% Daikin Furnace. The install crew of 3 persons was lead by another Mike (not the owner) and not only was he completely customer oriented but he had complete awareness of what each person on the crew was doing. Also he inspected their work and made sure it was finished to his standards.

One of the YouTube videos I watched stated the Install was more important than which manufactures system was installed. I have A/C and refrigeration training from years ago and feel confident enough to say Compass Heating and Air is the company you could trust to give you what you pay for because of my flawless install.

I knew we needed to replace our furnace soon - over 12 years old and the home inspector when purchasing indicated "she" was on our last round the track. The service technician Ryan did such an amazing job while he was here, we asked for a quote to replace the system. 24 hours later, done! What an amazing company. From setting up the initial appointment, to some changes we needed in scheduling - they accommodated it all.

We signed up for the annual maintenance program just because of the great service and attitude from Ryan and the entire Compass HVAC team. Thank you!

Mike and his group were excellent. We interviewed several companies for a new HVAC system and he was the most forthright about our options and energy efficiency. We ended up getting a new furnace and heat pump. They work great; we have much better heating and cooling, and lower bills. They were prompt in answering our questions as a heat pump is new to us. Mike is very knowledgeable about HVAC options and function and it never felt like a sales push. We highly recommend him and Compass to anyone.

Compass Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. is a very professional, well trained and provider of the industry’s best service at a fair price. We would like to recognize, “Joe” for his professional, prompt, courteous, friendly and competent semi-annual service call. He took every precaution to keep the house clean while performing his great service duties. Joe (technician) was very pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful in resolving our Wi-Fi connection and very patient. He explained any and everything we asked with patience and enthusiasm. Mike came out to our home and access our situation, we have hot water heat, no ductwork and no Air Conditioning.
Mike from Compass provided a plan and quote for ductless air conditioning. We had our Ductless Mitsubishi Air Conditioning installed and working in one day. They installed an outdoor unit and 2 indoor units. All of guys were professional, clean and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Compass Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.
