Compass installed a Mitsubishi mini split system to help cool the upstairs of an older home that was not originally built with a great HVAC system 80+ years ago. The result is a super cool upstairs in the summer without a big hit to our electric bill or the need for ugly and inefficient window units. We continue to use Compass to maintain both the mini split as well as our existing AC/furnace unit.

We went through a dozen other contractors and technicians to help with our hvac system. The Compass team knocked it out of the park for us and I knew we had the right team as soon as they showed up. Super knowledgeable and reliable - very happy we found them.

I would totally recommend Compass Heating to all. I don’t generally write reviews but I had too with how pleased I was with all of them. Their was Russ and Mike and Matt that did an extraordinary job. Thank you Russ for finding I had a carbon monoxide leak and Mike and Matt put in a new furnace and worked for over 4 hours here non stop. Give them a call when needed.

We had a Mitsubishi heat and air unit installed in our sun room by Mike and Scott. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! They room is used as our main family room so we are and always will be in there. The unit is quiet and cools the room in no more than 5 minutes! We are very happy with how great it works!

Mike and Scott were great during the install. I really liked that they educated us on what they were doing and how everything works while they were installing it. Most companies just come in and do their job and leave, but Mike and Scott were the complete opposite. We really appreciate the work they did and we definitely recommend Compass Heating and Air!

Quick turnaround for a service call. Ryan was our tech and was very knowledgeable and courteous. Ended up needing a full replacement on our furnace, but Ryan made sure we had space heaters in the meantime and the right furnace for our home. Ryan even checked the air conditioning unit and water heater and gave insight on lifespan and any issues that may come up. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent service! We had our boiler replaced. The technicians were knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. The installation took a couple days which was amazing considering the amount of work that needed to be completed. They were prompt and stayed with the job until it was complete. Additionally, we have used them prior for annual start ups. The technician was very helpful and even gave us his number if we had any questions or concerns. We would highly recommend them.

My wife an I recently purchased a new home. A part of the work needed was an A/C solution for a soon-to-be finished attic space for use as a bedroom. Additionally as the house didn't have central air we were looking for suggestions/solutions to include the entire house. We reached out to several companies for recommendations and estimates. He kept in touch with us while awaiting the arrival of the system components. He started the installation on the date promised, and was complete within the stated time-frame. The Mitsubishi mini-split looked like it would be a good fit for our home because we have a boiler heating system and window AC. After getting a couple quotes, my wife and l went with Compass due to price, knowledge and experience . I’ve been using Compass Heating and Air Conditioning for years and they’ve never let me down. Whether it’s installing a new furnace, or servicing existing equipment, they always do a great job. Extremely knowledgeable, on time, and fairly priced, these guys are real pros.

Our tenchician Ryan is awesome. Very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He answered all of my questions. The people in the front office were also very nice and helpful. Compass will be the company we go to for all of our heating and AC needs.
