Althoff did a great job performing service on my furnace and AC this past week. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful during the visit, and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the health and care of both units. Additionally, he provided me with recommendations on how to keep my equipment in good shape throughout the year to extend their lifespan. It was an overall pleasant experience, and I would recommend Althoff for their excellent service.

Carl is very professional and a good representative for Althoff. He was able to complete the installation quickly and I soon had hot water.

In a time when many businesses struggle to operate with the same efficiency as before, Althoff was punctual, efficient, courteous, and professional. The installers took care to protect the floors and took the time to explain details. Overall Althoff possesses all the pieces that make a business great. They would be at the top of my list for recommendation.

They responded to an emergency call when my hot water heater went out and was gushing water everywhere. They turned off the power and the water - and said it was good to go until a tech could come out in the morning. Well I didn’t know much about hot water heaters so I believed him and paid the $250 for his service (yes that’s all he did and it cost that much). Well I had a different company come out the next day and they were appalled because the tech DIDN’T DRAIN THE TANK. That meant for over 12 hours the water heater was still leaking water all over my basement. I called left a message for the manager who failed to call me back. Called five more times before he finally called me back two weeks later. He said he’d look into it and call me back - shockingly he didn’t call back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Service call performed on our AC units last week and I was pleasantly surprised in the thoroughness of this service. Maintenance work on our furnace was similarly performed earlier this year. Very satisfied with this and all work done by Althoff. Nicely done!

The technician, Joe Porras, was fantastic - prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and very customer-focused. He definitely exceeded expectations!

We've used Althoff twice this year, once for our furnace and once for our AC. We had Matt both times as our technician. He is very professional and explains everything he's doing. We needed a part for our furnace which he was able to drive to another city to get and install that day. We never had another problem the entire winter season. The AC issue we thought we had happened on a Saturday. Althoff responded to our call quickly, they were great to deal with on the phone and get a technician lined up for us that day. Matt was out again expecting everything in and around the unit. Our issue ended up not being the AC. I would recommend using Althoff for your Furnace and AC needs. Thank You Matt!
