Regular interval preventive maintenance check-ups performed by an HVAC professional assures that our HVAC system is safe and functioning with the level of efficiency necessary to maintain our household comfort and safety. We have used Althoff Industries for several years and have always been extremely satisfied with their services. Our Althoff technician Justin was professional, personable and pleasant. I appreciated his diligence and being proactive for letting me know first-hand about any improvements I might consider from Althoff.

Thank you to Katrina Donovan and Tom Koph for the great service provided and ordering and scheduling the installation of the exhaust fan with LED lighting for our bathroom. Katrina was such a pleasure to deal with. Very ptofessional and honest. Tio the electrician came and assessed the replacement and did an excellent job with the installation when he came back to put it in yesterday 9/9/20. I highly recommend Althoff Industries and I have recommended them in the past and they have used them too.. Thank you all again for the great quality service you provided from start to finish as we have been and will continue yo be very satisfied club members for many years. I have two ceiling fans one of which started making some noise I called up Althoff asked for someone specifically qualified ceiling fans. The other has irregular speed control condition. Technician arrived, cursorily inspected and I do mean cursorily, and promptly announced that both units needed to be replaced, non repairable. Both still work fine except for aforementioned problems. I also asked for a quote on a bath low voltage. Caching $266. Not a misprint. $266 for 40 minute service call. The best is yet to come. Two day’s later a quote estimate $525 FOR INSTALLING A $15 TRANSFORMER which I then did myself in 20 minutes. I chose Althof because they have clean workers and good trucks. Perhaps the (honest) Polish guy in his own vehicle is still the best way to go.

Our technician went above and beyond. Due to a different company's improper installation of the drain pipe for our new furnace 2 years ago, the furnace was misfiring and we didn't have any heat. He tested and analyzed the problem and did the appropriate repair. He kept us informed of everything he was doing and explained when we had questions. We decided Althoff was going to be the company we used for maintaining our hvac equipment. Great job, thanks Althoff!

I selected Althoff to replace my HVAC system (AC, furnace, thermostat). If I could think of one word to describe the experience, it would be Professional.
