Once again Althoff was outstanding job from the moment I spoke to the main office to the technician who came to our house. We had service in the same day and was very happy with the outcome.

Called on Monday and they scheduled the electrician to come out Tuesday morning. He arrived right in time. He took the time to explain the process to me. Even though he couldn’t completely fox my issue, he provided me with an excellent solution. This is a very reliable company who I will recommend to anyone needing a electrician.

Fast to respond and our estimator was extremely thorough with quality options to fit our budget for a complete furnace and a/c replacement. Saving money is not always the best option when making important purchases like these. It is not just the brand to consider, but the quality of the install that will insure you get long term trouble free service. We had an extremely tough decision not going with Alltoff, but history with the company we did select and it being an in town business won out. I would not hesitate to recommend Althoff for any of your home or business heating or cooling services - they are arguably the best firm in our area.

Repaired a known defect existing on Rheem Water Heaters. Competitively priced. Professional and friendly service. Initial phone contact had an 'in-person' phone response even though it was after hours. Will definitely use again.

Our boiler light would not stay lit on the coldest
night/day last week so we called Althoff and they sent a repairman out that morning. He said we needed a part that they did not have in stock but would find it and be back in the afternoon. A different service rep came back later in the day with the needed part and we had heat right away. Thank you Althoff. All the staff were very nice and helpful and would recommend them highly.

My A/C wasn't blowing cool air so I called Althoff and quickly had an appointment scheduled for the next day. The best part? I was alerted as to when my technician, Richard S., was on the way, and I even got to monitor his arrival with Althoff's cool GPS tracker. Richard could not have been more knowledgeable. He promptly diagnosed the issue and explained the next steps. This led to another appointment, this one with Ryne, who was just as knowledgeable and helpful. This is the kind of experience I'm looking for as a homeowner whenever an issue arrises. My experience with Althoff was convenient, straight-forward and professional. I know exactly who to call if I'm ever experiencing HVAC issues!

This business has wonderful customer service, from the personnel who answer the phone to the estimators for projects, installers and the plumbers, electricians etc. They listen to your issues & concerns and solve them. Althoff purposely misrepresented service they were to provide. They hit you with a sky high estimate then come back with a lower one to get you to agree. They keep things vague so they have plausible deniability when they tell you that service you wanted are not included and there will be additional charges. I had them do a rough-in and return to add angle stops and p-trap. They said the estimate did not include repiping and angle stops as the plumber told me. I paid and signed for what service I thought they were to provide, I never received a email copy of the receipt, and all other supporting email mysteriously disappeared from my inbox. They did good work, but the cost for the service was outrageous and they are deceptive in their presentation. I WILL NOT EVER use Althoff. I would recommend if you need plumbing services look elsewhere. Lying thieves!

Althoff technician Richard was prompt, very professional, courteous, and willing to provide full explanation of the work he completed and answered all our questions. Richard is a superb technician and an asset to the company!

Althoff is great for plumbing because of Scott White. I trust him and he does excellent work. A service is only as good as the technician that shows up at the door, he is worth paying more for!
