My tankless water heater stopped working. After at least 10 attempts to call several plumbers and not getting a human on the line, I got lucky. Their staff was professional and kept providing updates on the ETA for the technician. Scott was awesome. He fixed the issues, was totally professional, informative, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this business.

The switch on our sump pump needed replacing. Part ordered. Tyler was very nice, knowledgeable, and represented the service we have come to appreciate from Althoff.

They have installed my entire HVAC system with a high efficiency system, a whole house generator and an efficiency water heater. Wouldn't trust anyone else for repairs or maintenance. Jim Rickter is a fantastic tech. He is always one step ahead of a potential problem, keeping my house running smoothly.

My house was heating/air conditioning unevenly, half the house was freezing and the other sweltering, it was unbearable. I called an independent service and ABC with no solution. Jeff came out and immediately recognized the problem and had a solution for me. Within 2 days he had a team out and had the problem corrected within a few hours. Brian went the extra mile. when he was leaving i mentioned i would go out with him as i had to get the mail from the box at the end of my driveway. . sfter we got outside he said it was icy and slick and he would get it for me. being retired and using a cane this was a great help

Altoff provided a 5-star HVAC maintenance service experience. A special shout out to the service technican, Brian, who did a very thorough inspection and meticulously cleaned-up after himself as he moved from air handler to air handler changing the filters and pads.

Jeff Miller was awesome and came out right away to give a quote and was able to schedule the new HVAC System on a day that worked for me. And the two technicians that installed the new HVAC were on time and professional and cleaned up when they were done.

Had electrician do an assessment of electrical panel because of home inspection report. Electrician was fair and honest. Arrived on time, and gave quick, knowledgeable service.
