ALTHOFF versus another company. I had Eden and what he called a new guy from Top Air Solutions out to clean my air duct vents. Eden proceeded to call me down to my basement stating “I have bad news”. “Your furnace is full of mold and leaking very bad”. Eden showed me his little camera screen inside “my coil of my furnace”. Well Eden I seen that you actually had the camera inside the drain plug of my furnace. I advised Eden to quote me which was $1500-$2000 to clean it. I told Eden after you quote me I am going to call my actually HVAC company (ALTHOFF) for a second opinion which I had an appointment already scheduled with them for furnace winter inspection. Eden literally raised his voice at me while the new guy was present saying “well I guess you don’t want me to clean it”. Matt from ALTHOFF came out today to do his inspection, asked about my concerns and I advised of the “mold”. Matt with great concern did his job professional and showed me the actual coil and inside the coil with his camera scope and there was absolutely no concern at all with my 13 year old furnace. There is just a tad bit of rust and that’s it. Thank you so much Matt from ALTHOFF!!

Althoff just installed a new furnace yesterday at my house. I’ve used them for many years and ALWAYS get excellent honest service. Jeff and the entire staff are always friendly. I trust them with everything I need. Thanks again.

Made the appointment and their showed up right on time .
The estimate I wanted was very quick…
Wasn’t pressured to make up my mind right away like others would do…
I am still considering them to install my furnace and air conditioning.

The Althoff team was incredibly helpful and responsive during a recent A/C condenser replacement on a roof of a large condo building. There were a lot of hoops to jump through to get it all coordinated and they made things as easy as possible.

the service guy Jim was very good..explained what he was doing.
We felt comfortable with him here and he was very thoughtful and covered shoes even when we said it wasn't necessary.

They fit me in when my furnace went out and gave me all options before I decided to replace. Very professional and Ryan even dropped off electric heaters for us.

I had a plumbing emergency and they came out right away. I was blown away at how easy the whole process was from beginning to end. Everyone was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Scott came out and was honest and reassuring and I feel much more confident in my plumbing thanks to him!

Our service technician was such a delight!! Enthusiastic, courteous, thorough, and on time. We've never had a service tech that was such a pleasure -- we would have loved to invite him to stay for a cup of coffee. We're always happy with the service from Althoff -- but this young man is really special.

I had a clogged sewer and it backed up into the laundry room. Within 2 hours of calling them the technician was at the house. Three other places I called had a wait time of three days
Even after I explained we couldn't run any water in the house.
Carl, the technician did a great job , cleared the sewer pipe , explained everything he did, and cleaned up the place like it never happened.

I selected Althoff from a handful of other companies to install a new HVAC system. The level of professionalism and care was incomparable. Ryan Burke and his team provided best in class in service from the moment they walked into our house. They exhibited the utmost professionalism and attention to detail throughout the process. We had a few adjustments early on in the installation process, mostly attributed to the duct work in my house and Ryan and his technicians were super responsive, even making a handful of trips back to ensure everything was working properly and consistent with our expectations. They had awesome pricing as well.

Updating my review to note that Katrina who I've been working with since the initial installation has also been extremely helpful and every time I've spoken with her, she has been responsive and very pleasant. She is another reason why I will continue to work w/Althoff and why I'm glad I chose them to work on three large installs.
