This was the best service man from this company that I have experienced. He was very knowledgeable & listed everything he did on my A/C system maintenance.

Wow! I called A-1 to diagnose/ fix a problem with my heater. Not only were they able to accomidate me that day, Casey M. was able to do a diagnostic annalysis to determine if my 24 year old unit was worth throwing more money into or buy a new one. In this case it was an easy fix but I will be calling when it is time for replacement. They are my HVAC company for life.

Very disappointed with this company. Have used them for years in two houses and now I feel like it's just a money grab.

Called because our iComfort thermostat said that the Lennox server was down. The error message had appeared since a power outage. The iComfort thermostat was no longer displaying the weather or forecast. The person who answered the phone in Meridian insisted that a power outage wasn't covered under warranty and they had to charge us $95 to send out a technician to look at it.

Ridiculous. The problem was on the Lennox server end and they wanted to send someone out and charge me?

Instead, called 1-800-9LENNOX. The very friendly tech asked a few questions. I realized the date setting was showing February 2017. Changed the date and the Lennox server was now connected again.

So disappointed. I had recommended this company to EVERYONE since I got my furnace and air conditioner through Costco's referral program. Not any more.

I called A 1 since they had put in the system in our house, but when I called for service I was told that the service I want had no money in it and was hung up on. I will never recommend these people to do anything for anyone.
