Tim was extremely professional and took a lot of time to show me what the problems were. He explained my options and proceeded to fix the issues. He was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this company!

We woke up New Years Day with our furnace not working after a couple power outages during the night. Our house inside was 45 degrees. The service man came out and replaced our thermostat on the holiday! Thank you A-1 Heating for the great service!

Friendly and professional. They installed new a/c and furnace, hauled away the old ones. Ensured our thermostat operated correctly and came back months later to make adjustments minor adjustments free of charge.

Furnace went out on a Sunday and it was cold. After calling a different company, no show, I called A1. After the current job the tech was on was complete, he came right over and fixed the issue. He didn't charge more than a fair price and will get repeat business for A1 in the future. Class act all the way around!!!!!

I wanted to brag about Daniel. Last night I screwed up and blew a fuse in my fiance's furnace. At 11 at night Daniel tried to walk me through the fix over the phone, since I didn't have a replacement fuse - I had him come. Inside of 20 minutes he was there and 10 minutes later she had heat again. The money spent was well worth a happy fiance.

Very professional staff. Installed A/C and Furnace and new Thermostat. Also installed new Water Heater. Great job. Very pleased with A-1 Heating and Air Conditioning. I will continue to recommend them to other customers.

If it were possible to give more than 5 stars I would. Just had a complete system upgrade, water heater, furnace and A/C. First off our salesman TJ, was great came to the house looked at what we had and made some recommendations, never trying to upsell (unlike others). Day of the install Jeremy and Zack were not only on time, they were 15 min early getting things prepped in their truck so they could start at 8. My wife called them the dynamic duo, both were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. At the end of the install Jeremy went over the whole system. He help us set up the thermostat and covered all of its functions. Then went over all the new equipment piece by piece. He went over the controls and basic maintenance, even after a long day, he took the time to make sure we understood everything and that there were no questions. Anyone in the future looking for any HVAC work for home or bussiness would be making a HUGE mistake not calling A-1 Heating and Air Conditioning. Don't forget to ask for Jeremy S. to do the install.

Alan recently performed a maintenance on my furnace (x2) and water heater. He was great and I enjoyed speaking with him. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was just a super nice guy.

Sam came out to perform the service and was very friendly, professional, and made a big impression on our dog. We were very happy with her!

My furnace was only blowing cold air for 4 days… the customer service rep was polite and very helpful. The tech was on time and quick to fix the ignitor. The cost was not too bad. I am very satisfied with A-1 heating and will surely use them again in the future
