Amazing experience dealing with these wonderful people today! Woke up on this crazy cold morning with furnace problems and they made it over in less than an hour to make sure everything was good. After the fix I still had a concern and they came right back over to make sure we all stayed warm. Will definitely be my first and only call every time I need help going forward. Thank you!!

Saleman came out same day i called them! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me quotes I wanted and explained everything so i could understand. Matt was awesome! Installers were also awesome. Kenny and Levi answered all questions and explained everything about the new system. It was good to see people that enjoyed their job and was good at it as well.

We have used A-1 in several of our homes from full AC/Furnace unit install for the entire home to repairs and more. From Boise/Meridian up to McCall, we have always had a great experience. This most recent job, Randy and his team have been especially amazing. Incredible communication, on time each appointment, install was professional and so quick. Gave us many financial options to choose from to fit our needs and they never are pushing us to do more or pay more than needed. I cannot say enough about A-1. Excellent company and team.

Everyone I've worked with at A-1 has been professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I have an old house with plenty of issues and they've made maintaining it easy and smooth. They were the only company in the area to come out after 5PM on a Friday when my heater cut out in November and they didn't charge exorbitant fees for the job - just got me on a maintenance schedule with them. I was prepared to spend over $1K and it was only $250, which included the spring tune-up visit. One of the last larger shops in the valley to be locally owned and operated. Highly recommend.

My almost 20 year old AC finally died and A1 (Tom) came out promptly the next day and went over all of the options with me, along with recommending the proper gear to satisfy my needs without going overboard. He offered portable air conditioners if I needed them before the new AC and furnace install and put me on the fast track for install as my system was no longer working. Furthermore, they were able to perform the install the following week and even bumped us up a day as they had a late minute opening.

Chris and his partner (sorry, can't recall his name) showed up early on the day of install and completed everything in a very professional manner and the final product reflected quality and attention to detail. He went over the operation and maintenance with me and made sure my questions were answered. Tom also showed up during the install to make sure everything was going well and touched base with me regarding any questions/concerns I might have had. Outstanding service by the Team.

There wasn't a single hiccup in the process and I will definitely recommend A1 to friends and family in the future! My house is no longer a "meat locker" downstairs and a "sauna" upstairs, and I can't express enough how well this gear works! I couldn't be more pleased!

The fan in our AC unit went out right ahead of a very hot streak of days. A1 responded quickly to our call and sent a technician right out who was able to replace the fan in the same trip. Very glad everything worked out and we were back with cool air quickly.

I have been using A-1 Heating and Cooling for over 20 years. They have always delivered excellent service. The technician who performed this service call, was very friendly and courteous, arrived exactly on time and did a good job. We are very satisfied.

Matt came out to service our “pump and dump”. He improved the efficiency by a lot! Goes to show i made a wise choice by switching from Western to A-1!!

He signed us up for the MVP program. The price was so much better than the other company that the previous owner was using and we almost stayed with!

We ordered the heating system thru Costco and A-1 contacted me right away after I submitted the order they Costco. They sent someone right away and installed the machine within 4 days. We will work with them again for sure, highly recommended.

Greg was very friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions and even showed me on my furnace what we were talking about. He was kind and gentle with my elderly mom and great with my dogs. All in all it was a great experience in a not so great situation.
