A-1 Heating, Air Conditioning & Electric

Our AC was being very loud. Zach came out and found our filter was very clogged as we hadn't had is serviced in awhile. He did a full service on it and it was running good. A couple of weeks later it was being loud again, so Greg came out. It turns out this time that just some bolts on the fan cover were loose. Greg took care of that real quick with no charge and the AC is back to being quiet and is running good. These guys were great and I am very happy with the service.

Scheduled the appointment over the phone, was told a window and the technician would call me before coming by. Like clockwork, Casey called, arrived on time, and came to my home for what initially turned out to be a blown fuse. He got the system running again and he could have left it there. But he listened to my story and decided he would make the most of his time and the service call to do some investigation.

He uncovered and resolved more issues in one appointment than all the other appointments over the last two years with other companies, combined. I got more value out of one service call than I ever expected! He proposed a solution and told me that I'd be contacted the next day.

The next day, I was called bright and early, the part was ordered and scheduled for another appointment the same day! He called again, arrived, and spent another 3 hours doing service and finding out all he could about my issue and what he could do to resolve it. He kept me up to date with a play by play, which I appreciate. I felt included in the solution instead of just being told what to pay for. By the end of the appointment, my issues were 99% resolved, I was completely educated on the issue and what to look for, and supremely confident that I had the right people for the job.

He took care of my needs and my furnace like he would his own. You can tell he prides himself on a high quality of work and going above and beyond. That's rare. I will call A1 Heating and Cooling again and again, well, I kinda have to, I bought the yearly service agreement ;)

Excellent service from Ernie once again. He re-installed an air supply vent cover and even arranged to have an air purifier delivered so we could learn more about it and consider it for a future installation. Despite a good quality filter we have too much dust in our house. He also checked the time on the two thermostats. Service above and beyond. Thank you very much.

ROSS AND MIKE! ROSS AND MIKE! These guys are the best! On time, knowledgeable, professional, friendly AND made the repairs in our attic in the same room as my sleeping infant granddaughter. They were so quiet and quick (like ninjas) that they were in, made the repairs, and were out and she didn't even stir! Great company with great employees!

We really enjoyed working with Greg. He was thorough, provided explanations, and helped us better understand our situation. He went above and beyond and stayed longer than the original job called for in order to provide further diagnostics. Even though he delivered some very expensive news, we're glad he was thorough with his inspection so that we don't run into problems in the future that would leave us in a pinch. Highly recommend this company!

Did you know A-1 did electric? I didn't, but I'm so glad I found out. Our experience from start to finish was fantastic. We felt listened to, understood and like we were in the hands of professionals who cared about the quality of their work and our experience as customers. Aric came out and looked at a kitchen remodel job another company had done that didn't go so well. He left us confident that A-1 could do the job we needed done. He gave us a bid that was fair and included all the items we had discussed. Tyson and Brice came out and worked as a great team. They were friendly, knowledgeable and excellent communicators. They not only completed all the items on our list, they brought up concerns about problems we hadn't seen originally and repaired them with no fuss. They were so positive and their explanations were respectful and informed. I cannot recommend this company enough! We've had A-1 for HVAC work, and had great experiences, and I'm so glad to know they're there for us for our electrical needs as well.

I have been nothing but pleased with my experience with the A1 team. Tim recently came to do my check-up for my new AC system. He was friendly knowledgeable and gave me all the tips I could need to keep my home running nice and cool.

I feel like all my needs are covered and that I can get all the service I could ever need from the billing department, sales team, and all the hard working techs in the field.

Great Job A-1 Team!

Our furnace stopped working last night so I called A1 this morning at 9:30am. It's 4:42pm and my furnace is working perfectly. Your Technician Tim is a pro. He was on time, polite and professional. He walked up to the system and quickly found the issues. Both a sensor was not working and a drain tube was clogged. He cleared out the issue, tuned my system and I'm really happy with this service. So much that I wanted to leave a positive review about this very positive customer service experience. Thanks Tim, you are a pro sir!

The whole process went without a hitch. The crew arrived right on time. They were courteous and knowledgeable and went right to work first covering ever square of inch of carpet. We scarcely know they were there. When leaving our house looked cleaner than when they arrived. The equipment works perfectly and we love the new zoning. Wish we'd installed it years ago. A-1 in McCall are pros. We're lucky to have them.

We've been using A-1 Heating & Air for a few years now, and I couldn't recommend them and their technicians highly enough. We have an old A/C and are always running into issues here and there. Their technicians are serious troubleshooters and they enjoy their jobs. Their administrative staff are friendly and provide ETA updates. Prices are fair, and I know by the end of a service call, the technician did everything they could to save us money.
