All of my family members are part of the A-1 family for both HVAC and Electric; they have been our HVAC provider for many homes for almost 20 years. We had a major addition put onto our home and A-1 did both the HVAC and Electric work. The work itself was done well and they are very careful and respectful of you as well as your home.

A-1 Heating and Air does a great job keeping our system running efficiently. They give it a checkup every 6 months. Techs are nice and do a great job. Office staff are professional, prices are reasonable.

Tyson did an excellent job and analyzing and then explaining the issues that I was confronting. It certainly was a good experience with him. I am going to need follow-up work done, and I’m going to request that Tyson does it.

Absolutely perfect! On time and did great work. Installed a larger a/c compressor and an upgraded furnace to accommodate a planned addition to our home. They discovered that the drywallers must have run the furnace without a filter when they installed the drywall during the original build. Our ducks were clocked with Drywall dust. They replaced most of the ducting for no charge. Second time I've used A1. Both jobs were top notch. Highest possible recommendation!

I called to request service on my A/C. It was 80deg inside my house and the thermostat was set at 68! The gentleman from the service team told me that I could get someone out that afternoon and it would be $99 for the trip & diagnosis. OOORRRRR..................since I had already purchased the Pre-Paid Maintenance Package, I could have someone come out tomorrow to do the regular tune-up for free! Guess what I did. A company that will TELL you about cost saving options is a trustworthy company!! A-1 H & C is a great value and even greater service!!!

I called for a repair of our AC fan -- it was humming but not working properly. As it turned out, a service rep was in our area on another call. He came to our home when he finished that other call. He was very efficient, he diagnosed the problem, the replacement part was in his truck, he switched out the part (connector), and the fan was working again. I was happy, I felt like A-1 was honest, and the service charge was reasonable. My service rep was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He calculated the service charge, he printed up an invoice, I signed it, and they emailed me a copy almost immediately. I plan on calling them again when the need arises. Thank you! GB
