Wow - most incredible customer service of all time. The techs were early, finished quickly and gave me TONS of great info on maintaining my system into the future. What a great company. Will only use A-1 from now on!

A-1 is a rare breed that masterfully blends empathy, competence, honesty, promptness, and professionalism. I live overseas, and my daughter called me in a panic and informed me that the a/c was not functioning correctly and that the temperatures in Boise began spiking to plus 90 degrees. I was especially worried about my 1 year grandson so I immediately got to work. I called my old Army buddy, Tony, and he unhesitantly referred me to A-1. I found them on the internet and began chatting with them over Google Maps. They were on it! I 3 way called with the Greg, A-1 tech, and my daughter, and we came up with a plan. My daughter explained that she had dealt with 2 less than honorable HVAC repair companies recently and that she was very concerned. Greg calmy and very professionally allayed her (our) concerns. They showed up like Mr. Wolf out of the classic Tarantino flick Pulp Fiction and got the system repaired for a fraction of previous quotes, and had cold air blowing once again in no time at all. I could not give a higher endorsement and recommendation!

Our Service Experience was A+, Greg came out thoroughly looked through our system and filled the coolant. Everything works perfect, we will definitely request him for all of our HVAC Needs.

Scheduled weeks ago for an A/C service for today(6/5/23). We confirmed our appointment on 6/2/23. We received a phone call this morning that they couldn't get to us because they had "bigger jobs" to do today. We paid to be on their service plan a year or 2 ago. I usually don't leave any kind of revues for companies. Sorry

My furnace was having issues keeping the house warm so I called A1 to come out. I told them I would hear clicking noises and the flames would flicker in and out. The next day a technician came out and tried to say it was my gas valve that needed to be replaced and it would cost $650. (Turns out gas valves are around $100 and companies just hike up the price for travel, parts, and labor.) Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the tech was on the phone the entire time being talked through everything like he didn't know what he was doing. I ended up paying $135 just for the tech to come out and do nothing.

I had a local guy come out and all he did was drain this tiny plastic tube and that fixed the flickering. I didn't need a new gas valve at all. I will be going with my local guy from now on because he is more honest and educated than their staff.

A1 connected power to our hot tub and outdoor kitchen. They were prompt and professional during the entire process. Thank you to Aric, Russ and Mike for a job well done!

We started having saturday late night issues with our A/C unit not cooling. A1 was quick to get back to us and sent a technitian right away. Greg was great to work with, he was super knowledgable on the unit and possible issues we might be having. He took his time to troubleshoot potential problems and was able to get it cooling for us. We were very pleased with the service Greg provided. We would recomend him to anyone.

Mattie and Patrick were courteous, organized and neat. I appreciated their cleaning up after the installation. I also appreciated Mattie communicating where they were in the installation process.

Seth our tech was very professional, very kind and most of all patient. my mom is elderly and he was patient and clear in his instruction on how to use the therostat. He also fixed two burned out fuses quickly and explained why our AC unit wasn't running. Seth you Rock!
