A-1 Heating, Air Conditioning & Electric

Our heat quit working on a weekend with temperatures in the single digits. A-1 sent a technician to my residence to make emergency repairs and later sent a crew to scan my entire system. They found an issue within the unit which was covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The original work was not installed by A-1 but all additional work will be. What a great company to work with!

Water Heater Maintenence is not in list above.
This was the first time we used A-1 Heating, Air Conditioning & Electric for maintenance on our heating & cooling system. Sarah was professional, knowledgable and thorough. This isn't our first rodeo with mainentance work and she was excellent. She did the work and explained in detail the do's and don'ts going forward. We are very pleased with the service. Never did business with this company but it would nice to not be almost ran off the road into a field. I was going down Meridian Rd towards Kuna (Around 8-8:20am), and a van belonging to this company decided to merge into my line, as I'm holding down my horn honking, and it still took him about 5 seconds to process that I was there. Not to mention I drive a decent sized SUV, so he clearly wasn't looking/cared enough to pay attention. Very lucky that I didn't go into a field, and that nothing happened to myself and my 3 year old. Definitely be careful/drive more defensively when you see one of these vans. I have heard multiple stories where these vans do not pay attention and almost crash into people pretty frequently

H-1 Heating and Cooling installed a new AC unit on our home. The experience was nothing short of fantastic. They were very informative, on time for appointments, kept in touch, and were on time. They communicated throughout the whole process and I can't be happier with our new system. I'd definitely use them again!

Jesse did the spring check on the AC unit, and put a new filter in the furnace.
He was efficient, knowledgeable and polite.
Couldn’t ask for a better person. He is a delight to have in our home.

We have an MVP service contract through A1. Travis came out to tune-up our air conditioner and I couldn't be more happy with his service.He tested the system, replaced our filter, checked our coolant level, and replaced the capacitor on our outside unit. I couldn't be more happy with the work Travis provided. Thank you for taking care of us!

Gas piping and pressure test, electrical work, installation of new gas appliance.The office staff and workers were all great! We have used A-1 Heating for years and have never had a problem. They are a fantastic company top to bottom.

We had an excellent experience from the first visit with Tom Cox explaining the different systems, to the installation of the new heating and A/C system. Our installer, Ken Golden, was certainly qualified for the project. He and his assistant were clean from start to finish. They knew we were without heat, so they left after the first day with the furnace running, completing the A/C portion the next day. They answered all of our questions, and stayed to program the two new electronic thermostats. Very professional from start to finish.

Ken did a great job installing a duct vent in our house. He was fast and efficient. The price for the service seemed high.

Our HVAC went out on the weekend. This is one of the few HVAC companies with reliable and affordable after hour services. Andy and Casy helped me through the process and actually helped me troubleshoot it over the phone to try to save me money. Eventually, it needed more work and Casey got us all fixed up very efficiently and our heat back on that day! This is a great, locally owned company that cares about it's customers and helping out people of the community. I would not trust anyone but A1 when it comes to HVAC needs.
