Dowdy Heating & Cooling, LLC

We have had Dowdy work on our furnace a few times now. They are always quick to come out, very fair on their pricing, professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Eric really knows his stuff! I highly recommend him! :D

I own a rental property management company in Boise and Dowdy has been out go-to HVAC company for about 5 years. On average, we have Dowdy service about 2 furnaces/AC per month. They always do excellent work, fast response, very professional, and great pricing.

I have had them work on the furnace at my house on 2 occasions and have nothing but great things to say about them.

I suffer from a medical condition that does not allow me to get overheated. Alex ( the owner) said he will make sure it's fixed ASAP. They came out on a Wednesday, and they were here on that Saturday and it was fixed. I will definitely recommend this company. Great customer service and people. Thanks for your hard work!!

I called and I was belittled and talked sternly to by the woman answering the phone. I asked a question and she interrupted by yelling NO NO NO when she didn't like my question. Keep it classy Dowdy

HONEST!!! Yes, I know I'm yelling. This is so rare and I've been lied to so many times by Heating and Air companies. Don't call anyone else.

Easy to work with very reasonable price, no stupid upsells, glad to keep your old stuff running well.
