Joshua did a great job getting our air conditioner up and running. He took the time to explain what the issue was and what I could do to have my system run more efficient. Appreciate the time he spent to take care of the issue.

I signed up 2 years ago for 7th Element Heating and Cooling’s maintenance program to maintain my HVAC and Furnace systems in the Spring and Fall for $60 each. It’s a bargain for such a great service and all they do! It gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing my systems are in good shape and ready to go for each season before the extremes weather hits here in Idaho with the heat we’ve had and the harsh cold temps we are expecting. Very professional company with email reminders which is nice. I don’t have to keep track. I highly recommend 7th Element!

Choice Warranty coordinated for 7th Element to check on our concern of a high pitched sound that was new to us. Joshua did not think that it would be covered, but checked and it was. While here he didn't just leave, but did a check on the system to assure the rest was ok. Appreciate the work and help on this matter.

We had them come out for our heating system. After showing up an hour late, Joshua was extremely rude to my husband upon entering our house. He made remarks about us asking Him to wear a mask due to covid. He went on to make remarks about our home and even as far as remarking on our finances saying that we had no trouble paying $80 when we questioned what the fee would entail. We asked him to leave our house and will not be carrying out the work with this company. Totally unprofessional in every way.

Showed up on time and Juan was very professional and friendly and got the job done.

7th Element went above and beyond to help us this weekend. Our Air Conditioning stopped and the temp was going to be up in the mid 90's for Sunday, and we had company. 7th Element made sure we were up and running within hours of them coming out, they were great and would highly recommend them!

Joshua was very efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. Came out same day and fixed the problem and helped us avoid a larger more costly repair.

Joshua is fantastic at what he does. Everytime something goes wrong with my 17 year old unit, he has a fix. He actually got the darn thing working so efficiently that my vents in the house were having a hard time keeping up with the flow of air. Oh did I mention that he also had a fix for that? I highly recommend 7th Element Heating and Cooling!

The technician arrived early (with prior communication), resolved the issues with our AC unit effectively and efficiently, and was communicative about issues and options. We would definitely use 7th Element again!
