7th Element Heating & Cooling

My regular heating service put me 3 days out, @$112. for service call, then canceled the appointment wanting to reschedule 3 days out. 7th Element made the service call the same day within 30 minutes. The service call was 1/2 the price and I have heat again. I will be switching my regular maintenance to this company.

Just got home with our newborn and our AC was down. Josh and his son Johnny were here within 1.5 hours at the end of the work day. They found the problem quickly and made the repair. Great guys and I can't thank them enough.

Joshua and his team did a great job and we would definitely hire them again. They were very professional, timely, and efficient. They got our furnace and AC replaced and installed a humidifier in two days and were reasonably priced for the work that needed to be done. I would recommend them for any HVAC needs.

They were able to fit us in with an emergency and quickly fixed our issue. Would highly recommend them.

Joshua with 7th Element was at our house within a half after our call. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained what he was doing. Joshua said it was a minor fix and didn't try to up sell on a new system. Can't thank Joshua and 7th Element for their quick, professional service

Came unprepared, even though we gave their dispatch all the necessary information ahead of time. Promised to come back later that day or the next, then called to tell us they couldn't. Then charged us for fixing something that they didn't actually fix. Another company came out shortly after because our unit was still not functioning properly, and they confirmed that these people literally did nothing they said they did, except make a huge oily mess all over our unit.

Edited to add: It's funny that you say you added "4 lbs" of refrigerant here, because that's doesn't match the number you told us or the home warranty company. You tried to completely brush off our issue as "not replacing our filter enough" even though I told you the filter was 2 weeks old and we replace them monthly, rather than actually actually doing some diagnostic work. You put a band-aid on the issue long enough for you to close the ticket with the warranty company and high tail out of here. The next company that came out said they've been fixing your mistakes all over the Treasure Valley.
