Josh is very knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to come out same day and get my furnace back up and running. Will definitely be using Josh again in the future.

7th Element provides the best customer service. I don't feel the pressure of an up sell from them, which makes me want to give them more of my business.

My technician was nice , and he did his job the one negative was that he was on his phone the entire time . Bluetooth or answering other calls I really wanted him to focus on my job . I waited a week without air at 100° temperatures
