Problem: a/c froze twice

Pros: showed up early. Communicated well via phone and text. Left with my system working.

Cons: spoke down to me and did not make me feel like I was worth their time. made it clear as a renter, their customer was the landlord (not me) and even though they knew the coils in my ac needed replaced were willing to gamble that they would keep working for now. Needed pushed to look at the coils because the system was working when they were there.

Joshua responded within an hour of filing a request with our home warranty company. He had some time at the end of the day and showed up right on time. Very professional, highly recommend

Joshua was wonderfully attentive and knowledgeable. He identified the problem before I even explained. He had the part with him in his vehicle and replaced it quickly. Not only that, but he noted our filter needed replaced and offered to replace it. When I told him we did not have a new one, he offered to get one from his truck and only charges small, reasonable and fair price. Also, when we submitted the claim with our home warranty, he called us that evening even though it was a weekend. We highly recommend Joshua and 7th element. Thank you!

We were very pleased with every aspect of the our new HVAC & water heater purchase & install. I had 9 or 10 bids from all the highest rated HVAC companies and 7th Element was best all around! We had a 4 ton dual stage system installed with ionizer and is working great!
