They installed a A/C unit for me. To further explain, they installed an A/C unit for me that they didn't sell to me. That in itself is rare. I had a lot companies not want anything to do with installing a unit they didn't sell. A lot of companies wanted to charge me the same price regardless if they sold me a A/C unit or not. 7th Element gave me a fair price. When I say "fair" I don't mean it was a fraction cheaper than the most ridiculously overpriced HVAC company that takes you to the cleaners and exploit you to get your AC unit fixed or replaced. They were competitive and fair. They were very responsive to my initial call and easy to communicate with throughout the process. I will definitely use them for future maintenance and HVAC services. They earned a customer.

From the time of my initial call throughout the entire process with 7th element, there was professionalism and all that I spoke with were friendly.

Josh and Daniel kept me informed via text messaging on their arrival time to replace a gas valve on my furnace. They were prompt and presented me a business card upon their arrival.

7th element was great to work with! They were able to look up my system over the phone and give me a quote quickly on the part and installation I needed, and even sent someone out for free to double check that the part I thought I needed was the right one. Their quote was much cheaper than the last company I tried to work with, and they were able to correct some misinformation the last company gave me. They were very responsive and easy to work with, and followed through on the times they set up with me. Jose worked on my unit and was very polite and nice and communicated well - letting me know what he was doing and what to expect. He gave adequate time to really make sure my unit was working properly before he left. He was fast and my A/C is working great now! Thank you 7th Element!
