7th Element is extremely professional, and notified me of the contractors arrival 15 minutes prior. The service is excellent and the contractors knowledge of the issues and ability to solve the problem was first class. I felt the price was also extremely reasonable and the company employee corrected the problem another contractor created. I highly recommend this company after twice using their services.

Service call for A/C through home warranty. Got scheduled quickly. Joshua was knowledgeable, thorough, and very helpful. Good news the unit is functioning properly; bad news is that it didn't resolve the issue of our upstairs being so much warmer. Joshua gave suggestions for solution, however it's not cheap.

Joshua was prompt and very pleasant to work with, in spite of this being a very busy time for his business. He was knowledgeable and was able to figure out a solution to our A/C problems, resolved the issues, and cleaned up the compressor before he left. We will definitely call him again in the future!

Was able to come to my house in Nampa the very next day and solved a problem with my gas furnace randomly stopping that I had no clue on how to fix. Very affordable repair and everything is working beautifully once again! ABSOLUTELY recommend these people! I'd been dealing with this problem for months and if I'd known it was going to be so fixable I would have called these folks eons ago.

Joshua has been servicing my AC and Furnace for a couple years, and he's great! In fact, the first time he came out was after another business completed the fall furnace service, following which, my furnace stopped working. There was something wrong with the wire to the flame sensor. Not only did he fix that, but he noticed how old and dirty my furnace was, he suggested cleaning the blower wheel for increased performance. It's been basic maintenance ever since.

Josh came into my house as a technician/owner and left as a friend. He was extremely professional in all aspects of business of repairing what was promised and more. My furnace's ignitor went out due to its life expectancy and was quickly replaced. Josh stayed to make sure it was running smoothly and saw a little hick up and decided to give it a thorough inspection and cleaning without a second thought. He went over and beyond the call of service. He is very polite and listens to all of what you say before he gives you the proper diagnosis of what is wrong. His pricing is probably the best in the Treasure Valley if not the best! Truly, quality is equal to value in what you pay is what you get + MORE! Highly recommend him and already recommended him to my next door neighbor that same night!

Joshua's repair and maintenance service for our furnace was timely and conscientious! He diagnosed the problem and had it up and running again in short order. On top of excellent service, the fees were very reasonable.
