The owner of the business was my tech and he was professional and on time. He listened to my issues and what I thought could be the problem. He was able to get my 30yr old ac blowing cold air in about 15-20 minutes. I know I'll need to replace my unit due to age and efficiency soon and will definitely give him a call. Awesome service!

7th Element responded quickly when my AC failed and repaired it promptly. Josh was knowledgeable, competent and pleasant. He followed safety protocols regarding wearing masks while working at my home. He left the work area clean after completing the work, and wore protective disposable shoe coverings while in the house. I appreciated the quick response and resolution.

Joshua made the initial visit ,took care of my quote within minutes. When I made the decision to proceed, I was on the books immediately. Joshua came to the house on install day to get everything started then Pedro and David took care of the install and did an Amazing Job. New Furnace, AC and Water Heater all done the same day. It was a long day considering the furnace and water heater are in the basement, they professional the whole time and cleaned up as if they were never there. We couldn’t be any Happier with the results.

My A/C unit stopped working. 7th Element was contacted and within a few hours a technition was at my door. He assessed the problem, called his manager and the manager immediately called me. He informed me the issue would be resolved the next day about 1PM. He was at house early, the technition arrived early and within 1.5 hrs the unit was repaired and cooling!!!
I would highly recommend 7th Element. They are professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
