Joshua was very punctual and very helpful with the installation of our new HVAC system. He always let us know ahead of time if any schedule changes were necessary. He was also very informative on the details of the installation and the product.

Made several attempts to get others (competitors) to clean/replace filters in my commercial facility. Caught 7th Element / Josh on short notice. Arrived promptly as promised...unlike competitors. Did the job quickly and thoroughly. Price was right and 7th element is now my guy. Great experience! I would recommend to friends and family!

Needed to have my furnace serviced and my home warranty company scheduled it with 7th Element. Josh came out promptly and was thorough and professional, even when dealing with the home warranty call center. He got the job done same day with no interruption in my schedule. Fabulous. Hands down. Joshua came at 7 o'clock at night to fix a problem that Right Now Heating and Air caused by improperly installing my brand new system- and refused to fix unless I paid! Joshua was respectful, kind and courteous, as he walked me through everything he was doing. He repaired the leak, added more refrigerant, and even changed my air filter! His price was beyond reasonable. 7th Element is now my heating and cooling company. Thanks Joshua!

Had an issue with the furnace this morning. 7th Element owner Joshua fit a service call into his schedule for 7pm. He checked everything and figured out the issue. Furnace back up and running. Highly recommend this company!

My AC took a dive, so I called 7th Element. They showed up on time, found the problem in a few minutes, and had it repaired in 30 minutes. Great service and friendly people. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the service we received! We were able to get an appointment right away. I was also only given a 15 minute time frame on when someone would arrive, and received text updates when they were on route! Very friendly, punctual and efficient. I would highly recommend!

First super-hot weekend of summer, and our AC wouldn’t turn on. Joshua at 7th Element to the rescue! Same day service, even if he had to come at 8-8:30 pm (but he was early, arriving around 7 pm). He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it on the spot. Notably, 7th Element has exceptional communication: I was texted a confirmation, then texted for updated times, and finally we received a phone call to say “on the way!” Highly recommend Joshua and 7th Element for professional, high quality service with a personal touch. (Note: in the era of Covid-19, he wore a mask both inside and outside; he also donned booties to protect our floors.)
