Scott with Arctic Air was knowledgeable about our oil furnace and was able to communicate the problem in a way we could understand. He fixed the problem without hesitation. I highly recommend Scott and Arctic Air.

My family has a rental property in Caldwell near Arctic Air. Their office sits in the front of our neighborhood, and we consider them a part of our community. Today was the second time that they showed us that they are truly vested in safety and in honesty.

Our tenants lost heat last night and called our property management group who had another company go out to look at the issue. This company claimed that there were multiple parts that were faulty inside the unit and even suggested replacing the entire furnace. They wanted to charge us a minimum of $1000 to fix the faulty parts with no guarantee. Furthermore, they pushed us to replace the entire furnace and close to $6000.

I decided to call Arctic Air, and have them go out to take a look because they have helped us out in the past and done a great job. Shane went out there within hours and took care of the issue for $218. He is honest and fair. He told us that our unit was fine, and that we could get at least another 15 to 20 years out of it as long as we took care of it.

Arctic air is definitely one of the best contractors we have used in the valley. We are so appreciative for the hard work and honesty of Shane and Suzanne and all of the crew at Arctic Air. Thank you for doing what you do. You guys are loved.

Arctic Air has great customer service! Shane has been servicing our heating and AC unit for years and is always pleasant and helpful. Takes his time to do things right and explains what he is doing so that we are knowledgeable about our system. I highly recommend Arctic Air!

5 stars! I will choose no other place for now on. I got home from vacation on sunday and my air wasnt working. I called them monday morning and immediatly they put me down for an appointment that day. One of their members called and said they will be there in 15 minutes. He got to the house, diagnosed the problem (it was a condenser), fixed it, and then changed my air filter! In less then 25 minutes we had cool air again. And the price was really good too. The lady who schedualed me when I called was very nice and helpful too, I think her name was Suzanne. Very impressed, thank you guys 😎😀👍

Mike (hubby) & I noticed an Arctic Air truck in front of our neighbor’s home. As Scott Miller was getting ready to drive away, Mike flagged him over and asked him about a full home humidifier (Carrier) for our newly built home. Scott parked, got out of his truck, came into our garage, gave us a tutorial/education about the unit and wrote up a quote. We decided on the spot and said, “Yes”. A few weeks later our electrician set-up the needed electrical prior to the installation. Scott did superb work; he’s thorough and neat. Arctic Air replaced our old heating system 5 years ago with an updated state of the art heating and cooling system that surpassed our highest expectations. They continue to give us great service. We know we can depend on their expertise, knowledge and prompt response. We highly recommend Arctic Air.

Called because our unit was leaking. I called a few other HVAC companies and no one could come out on an emergency call.

I called artic and they were out later that SAME day. Our tech fixed us all up and fixed an installation error from when the system was originally installed that we or multiple other companies or inspections caught.

Our tech was great, friendly and professional.

Best off all we aren't broke. Standard service fee which is typical. This was a Saturday service call and we were not charged some astronomical weekend fee.

I've been using Arctic Air since my wife and I built our last house in Nampa in 2004. This company is TOP NOTCH! They always exceed my expectations with regard to price and quality of work and service level, and the staff and technicians are just so friendly! Shane is the technician that typically comes to my properties for AC tune-ups and winter furnace check ups, he is wonderful. If you're looking for great HVAC service that isn't overpriced, look no further. Arctic Air for the win!
