Tucker with Artic Air was on time, in fact, he called to see if it would be ok to come early. He was very respectful saying, "yes ma'am" and used shoe coverings when entering the house. He explained what he was going to do and answered any questions we had. Thank you Tucker

The gentleman that came out, Mike, was very informative. He did find some thing that was not correct with my heater and fixed it. I will definitely be using them for future follow ups along with my air conditioner too.

I’m a client in a shop where they “fixed” and “replaced” the split unit in the shop and they did a terrible job, they claim if it’s 20 degrees lower than outside it works but it does not work. It shows as 67 degrees but feels like 87 degrees, this is not a $9k A/C. Split unit? I must be splitting with someone else because it does not work as well as it should.

The technician, Tucker, was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the problem I was having as well as made helpful suggestions. He was professional and completed the service in a timely manner. Thank you Arctic Air!
