Every aspect of Artic Air is top notch! From a consumer's perspective, it starts with the front office, continues with the actual service (most important) and ends with company follow up. Artic Air hits the mark on all actions. In addition, their pricing is very competitive. Most recently, Tucker Mears performed our annual A/C service and he exceeded all my expectations for his service and communication skills. He is very thorough with the actual work, very liberal with his time to explain and answer questons (softest upseller possible), and one of the most respectful young men I have ever met. Tucker came and fixed my furnace. He was knowledgeable and thorough. I loved that he was transparent with the charges and showed me exactly what he was doing to make the repairs. He was excellent.
