Our AC quit working on the 2nd hottest day of the year, go figure. We googled companies and went down the list and not having any experience with with who to call we decided we would use whoever could get us in the quickest. Other companies were scheduled out a week or more. When I called Arctic Air Katie answered and offered to get us on the schedule for the next morning. I let her know I had 3 young kids and 2 dogs and asked if anything sooner would be available. She placed me on hold and said they only had after hours available. I let her know I would need to check times with my husband. Before I could even call her back she called me and said her repair man was moving quicker through his jobs and she could put me at their last time slot for the day.

Dean who came out to repair our AC unit was great! He called to let us know when he was on his way, which with 2 dogs I greatly appreciate! He was very knowledgeable and got the job done quickly! He even educated my husband and I on our AC unit and filters!

We can’t thank Katie and Dean enough for going the extra mile!

I can't say enough good things about Arctic Air. Moved into our new home on Monday. Air conditioner went out on Tuesday.

Called several local AC repair companies and was told they couldn't come out for a service call until next week, after the Fourth of July weekend.

Arctic Air agreed to send someone out on Friday and get us rolling before the holiday weekend.

Scott, the service technician couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He did a great job of explaining and repairing our system.

I couldn't be happier with the service they provided and highly recommend Arctìc Air for all your air conditioning needs.

Tucker came out and did some troubleshooting with our fireplace. He was fast, efficient and so appreciated in these cold temperatures!

Scott with Arctic Air came to my home on a Saturday to give me a quote/bid on a new A/C system. My A/C was not working but due to its age, I wanted to get bids/quotes to replace it. Scott is not only a salesman but also a technician. After he gave me the bid/quote, he asked if I wanted him to check the current A/C. Within 10 minutes he replaced a part and had it working great. His professionalism was definitely on display with this service. I was expecting to buy a new system but now I have a working system that I might be able to use for some more time. I really respect this level of professionalism. It was very nice to have a salesman who also is a technician. Not sure how long my current system will continue working, but when it falters, I am confident I will go with Arctic Air.
