I had a problem with my heat/a/c unit, and got an estimate from another company. They told me a list of problems and gave me a quote for a lot of money. I called Carter and they came right away, checked everything and besides needing a seasonal cleaning, gave it a clean bill of health. Saving me a couple thousand dollars! My thermostat had gone out and was able to get service within 30 mins of calling Carter comfort systems. Andrew was very helpful and professional throughout the process and was able to fix the problem the same day. I would recommend to anyone who wants great reliable service.

We decided to give them a call and are happy to add our "thumbs up" to the others. We just had Andrew come by and inspect our system and give us some advice on what we can do to make sure it functions better going forward. Professional, polite and careful. Called as soon as they opened and they had a tech out within an hour. Very professional and explained everything to me so I understood. Checked everything and helped clean up my coils to help heat the house better. Highly recommend this company and will be using them for any HVAC needs we have!

New home and 8 degrees outside we soon realized our furnace was turning itself off. We needed help beyond replacing the filter. Our furnace had a Carter Comfort System sticker with a phone number and soon Andrew was quickly checking all the usual problems and was able to remedy some long over due maintenance. Carter Comfort was just here last week installing a new a/c system and furnace. Very good prices, polite and respectful technicians, fast and efficient service. They were here within 30 minutes of our initial call and 2 days later we were sitting in air-conditioned comfort. Great customer service. Carter Comfort installed a ductless mini-split heating and cooling system in my home this past summer. It is easy to maintain and very quiet. My home is far more comfortable. The staff was very nice durring instillation and I have called a few times with questions and the customer service is always fast and friendly. Thank you!
