I have been using Artic Air for several years now and I like the service I get. They are always on time and just the nicest people to work with.

The service was great they showed up on time are service tech was very professional went right to work checked out everything and then suggested that the filter be changed out and the price of the filter was very reasonable and then ask suggested that I update the fan motor that is more energy efficient so he got me some pricing I am going to up date it later on So if you are looking for a great heating and cooling company this is the one to choose Thanks

They are always so friendly and take their time to explain everything and clean up after themselves, which is appreciate! I never feel like they're trying to up sale me products only things that are actually needed. Scott was my technician today and he did an amazing job. I hired Arctic Air to replace my heater and my a/c unit. They were priced very fair, the quote took about 10 minutes total. The morning they came to do the installation, they were on time and completed the job in one day. They also pulled all necessary permits and scheduled the inspection with the city for me. I highly recommend using them for your HVAC needs.

My gas fireplace wasn’t working when I turned the switch on. I called and made an appointment. They came out on time and fixed the problem and I am a happy customer.

Very friendly, vey competent, reminded me to turn off the whoie
house humidifier when we start using the A/C full time. Very pleased

This was a regular maintenance call performed by Tucker. Tucker was great, friendly, professional, efficient, thorough and fast. The whole visit was probably 45 min. We've had a service plan with Arctic Air for the past 4 years and have never considered any other company....because they've given us no reason to. Thanks again, guys!
