Had a great experience with them! A/C just wasn’t pulling down to the set temperature. Called, spoke with someone immediately, they scheduled me that same week. The tech Dean came out. Very knowledgeable. Did a thorough clean on our condenser. Now enjoying a comfortable home again. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service from the first phone call to book an appointment to the service call itself. Dean was our service technician and was excellent. We just moved in a few months ago and something wasn’t right with our zoned system. Dean listened and found the problem immediately. He provided helpful info, as well. All rooms are cool, now. Honest, friendly and above and beyond service. Highly recommend Dean and the company. Looking forward to our Fall tune up!

Highly recommend!! Scott did a great job with my old outdated ac system!! A little job turned out to be a much bigger job but he was able to fix everything and it now runs great!! I would never use their service again. They came to my home as scheduled, but they charged me $200.00 for a $20.00 part that they had in the van. This is in addition to a $ 97.00 service charge which I thought was fair. This was a simple to install part.

My wife and I were referred to Artic Air by a friend. It was a great recommendation. For years, the upstairs of our home has been uncomfortable in the summers. We reached out to Artic Air, had an awesome visit with Scott, who found the issues. He scheduled our work as soon as possible. Shane and Nate came to install our duct work and new dampers. They were pleasant and funny; GREAT GUYS!!! Scott came later in the day and charged our system, and now the entire home is pleasant. We are thankful for you guys.

ARCTIC AIR in Caldwell, ID is top notch! The quality of their technicians is superior and the pleasant demeanor is a plus in my book! It's tough to find nice and qualified in the same business but Arctic Air has exceeded any expectations I could ever have! Plus! Plus! Plus!

They installed a new Carrier cooling/heating system in our home & have been maintaining / servicing it as well. We've been so happy with the unit and the service we also had them install an air purifier for lung issues I've had for 2 years! So far it has greatly reduced the pollutants and I am now breathing better!

I cannot express how wonderful it is to actually have the most wonderful experiences with a contractor/sub-contractor! The staff is professional both in and out of the office - the technicians know their business and do a wonderful job! They don't gouge you and they treat you with respect!
