I had a broken motor and they were in stock, got a quote to me same day and were out the next day to do the work. Fast, friendly, fair affordable pricing. Will never go with anyone else. Tucker was great!

We had a new heat pump system installed spring 2014, and they have been providing tune-ups twice a year since. They are very professional and proficient, and punctual with a courtesy call 20 minutes before arrival. The service technicians (Mike in the most recent visit) are very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The office staff are friendly when calling to make an appointment. They even send out courtesy reminder cards when service is due. I’ve recommended them to several acqaintenances, and had them install a new furnace at our little church. I am a very satisfied customer.

Artic Air installed our system for the builder of our home. We have had them do all service and maintenance each spring and fall for the last 4 years. Every technician who has been at our home has been very professional, pleasant, on time and done a great job. We will continue to use them in the future to keep everything running well and efficiently.

The capacitor in my A/C system went out last week. AJ came out the same day and fixed the problem. Parts were still under warranty and he got me set up on the maintenance program going forward. 10/10 would definitely recommend Arctic Air!

Tucker is by far the best service technician we have had! He is always on time, friendly, respectful, and always goes above and beyond when servicing our system. I hope that he's the one who works on our system every year!

Called Arctic Air to check on my furnace with heating problems at my house. Setup appointment super friendly folks helped set it all up. Mike came over helped us out diagnosed things and carefully made sure it ran back normal. After finding the main cause and doing the motor replacement everything worked back to normal. Very nice and friendly and gave really helpful suggestions. Good folks, great local business!

Artic Air is the best! Have used them for 9 years. What a great team. From office staff to technicians. Everyone is polite, helpful and they know their stuff. I use their maintenance plan so see them twice a year. They take great care of my heating and air so I stay warm and cool with no break downs. Highly recommend them!
