Old Coast Heating & Air Conditioning

I was pleased from start to finish with Old Coast Heating and Air. Roy was very helpful and he went over our options with myself and my husband. He was able to schedule the installment the next day. Hector, Danny and crew was courteous and very respectful! If I needed service in the the future I would use this company again. I highly recommend them.

Update: 2 years later and i still love this company. They thoroughly explain when something needs to be tweaked or replaced and provide me with options. Everyone over the past year has been courteous, professional and has taken their time to properly explain the issues and services available to remedy them. I'll definitely be continuing to use Old Coast for my hvac needs

Update: We've had our HVAC system for three years and it's fantastic! We get maintenance every 6 months and Old Coast sends me a reminder each time it's due. The tech comes out and does maintenance on it and let's us know if there are any issues or potential issues. We had an air purifier added (techs suggestion) to the system last year due to dust/allergens/mold and I've noticed a big difference in air quality. This visit the tech (Thomas) said everything was great and we're good until the next visit. He was very pleasant and quick to get the job done. I would, hands down, recommend Old Coast to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic! I read glowing reviews about Old Coast on yelp and decided to call them when our HVAC tanked. They were my first call and only call and I couldn't be more pleased. The guys were very courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves when they left so it was barely noticeable that they had even been here.... other than the sweet relief of cool air. I would recommend them to anyone any time. Make them your first and only call too.

We have 12 properties with Old Coast for HVAC maintenance and it has been such a great experience. Veronica is in charge of our account and is always so prompt, polite and helpful. She schedules the maintenance directly with each tenant which really saves me a ton of time. I am so grateful! 🙌🏻

I needed to replace two 1.5 ton units as part of my home sale. I called Old Coast, got a reasonable quote the same day, and got it installed three days later. Crew was professional and careful with the house. Can’t ask for much more!

When Roy came to give a quote he worked with my schedule and came when promised. Once he came and priced out how much it would be to replace all of my ductwork he had a crew out within a week. Oscar came out with 2 other gentleman and was able to complete the job in 2 days. They were very professional and left the work area cleaner than when the started. I was really impressed by the job they did. I have had other AC contractors out to my house and they fail in comparison to the guys at Old Coast!!!! I will be using them for all my heating and AC needs from here on out.

John was very professional and worked so hard for HOURS to get our system up and running. He kept me informed and gave me updates every so often and told me exactly what we needed to do to fix the system. I’ve had the same problem with my system 3 times within the last year and Josh actually took the time to figure out what the problem was and give recommendations on avoiding the problem in the future without being pushy about any subscriptions. Highly recommend. Will be using again.

We bought a system from Old Coast and 2 years just after our two year labor warranty ran out. (Just 4 days) our system stopped cooling. We still had 8 years of the parts warranty. The system had been not cooling well but it was so hot outside we waited longer than we should to call. After getting in touch with them. Bryan the service manager got with Aaron the service tech and they got our system repaired 100% at no additional cost to us. I would highly recommend this company. It is wonderful to deal with people who take pride and stand behind their products and services 100 percent. Don't waste your time or money calling anyone else. This is my first review for Old Coast Heating & Air Conditioning.
In the past, we have had Dylan as a technician.
I also must point out what a fine job he has done for us, as well!

Our AC unit took a turn for the worst a Old Coast was able to diagnose the problem - Jonathan is a great technician and explained everything well. Since the unit was old and out of warranty, it wound up being more cost effective to replace the unit.

Anthony arrived within about 30 minutes and was able to quote us three different prices.

Hector and his partner arrived two days later and had the complete system installed and running before then end of the day. They replaced the indoor air handler, the outside unit, and had to widen our intake. They did a fantastic job and cleaned everything up. Frankly they left the space around the air handler looking better than when they arrived.

Anthony came the next day to inspect everything.

All were professional and wore masks.

They can take all forms of payment.

Highly recommended!
