Update...had service tech in today for annual maintenance very through in checking out the 3 units Very happy that tech is well versed in all aspects of work and let's you know about any issues during service Gives options on repairs that may need to be done or if issue that could become a problem later. Had another uv light internally installed.in air handler.***special running at half normal cost

Have had several companies in to do maintenance and work on 3 units I have for my house. I would ask them to correct things that weren't completed correctly from previous install people. None of them fixed what I had asked. I did research on HVAC companies and found Old Coast. They sent John K. In to do service on my 3 split system units. I told him the things that I was concerned with and issues having in particular rooms. He addressed all my concerns and recommended fixes and told me what each item to replace or repair would cost. I told him to fix everything. He completed more that day than I could get 2 other service companies to do in the three years I have lived in the house. He found that a new thermostat that had been installed incorrectly was causing the unit to turn the AC on in middle of winter when the heat should be on.
Had one unit replaced and they took the time to make sure that the correct size of unit was installed. Previous unit was 3.5 ton and their consultant recommended a 2 ton based on sq footage and structure of home. It truly shows that the people working for Old Coast are honest hard working people. They listen to what you say and correct the problem. In addition to the regular maintenance I had them clean the duct work with a fogger that kills any mold and mildew that can grow in units in a humid wet environment. Wow what a difference immediately. The whole house smells like a brand new house. Additionally added a UV light in the duct work that will constantly kill off these things from happening. Now I can breathe so much easier while sleeping.

The reps are very respectful and nice. They take care of what they are doing while I can do other things. I highly recommend them.

So I am re-rating them 5 stars because they gave me a convenient appt as my mom is disabled and they accommodated that, they provided great service and customer service, and followed up with my review and were able to educate me on their process and fixed my concern. Thanks and I will be contacting you for my upgrade..

Service tech was great, appt time was perfect for us. Only thing is that it appeared that I could make monthly payments on my warranty coverage and was surprised to find I had to pay up front.

I had a new Trane heating and air system installed yesterday. My experience was exceptional from the sales call for review and pricing until the crew showed me how to work the thermostat. The office staff member Veronica made me feel like I was the most important customer and she followed up with me after installation. I am so pleased that I chose this company to perform my installation.

Thomas came out for my maintenance today. He was so friendly and courteous and very thorough. He explained everything to me and offered other services to benefit my system. He explained my upcoming maintenance options and followed up a pricing question. He answered all my questions regarding the plans. He is an asset to the company and I hope he comes back the next time. He provided excellent customer service.

Today Ryan from Old Coast came to do the maintenance inspection on my Trane Hvac unit. He was prompt and very thorough. Great customer service and provided great feedback on my unit and future needs. Most of all he was nice, friendly and helpful. He took the extra mile to verify a service was covered under my plan before doing the work. Ryan and the other staff at Old Coast definitely know what customer service means!!

Today Stan came out to my mom's house on a service call as her unit shut off. My mom's 83 and bed bound and her house was 83°!!! I called this morning, explained my situation and they worked me in. Stan was absolutely wonderful!! He called me to explain the issue and possible solutions and the prices. He got it repaired and made sure all else was in order, took my payment and answered all my questions. He was friendly, respectful, understanding and kind. He is a definite asset to the company. Old Coast Heating and Air has a group of great people working for them and I'm glad I followed my mom's footsteps and chose them for my new HVAC in 2020. Thank you Stan.

Anthony did a wonderful job of keeping us in the loop as the project progressed. I would certainly recommend him and Old Coast HVAC.

Our technician (Alex) was very informative and professional. Old Coast arrived quickly and solved our problem.

My unit wasn't cooling and the maintenance guys came out and had my unit up and running in no time. Fast and courteous.

I lost AC in my house and was coming home to a thermostat reading 80-90 degrees inside. I called Old Coast, had an appointment that week, and was setting up a new appointment for equipment the same week. There are different finance options so you do not have to stress about paying out of pocket. The following week they came to fix my AC and then Mr.Anthony come out to double check installation the following business day. It was a very fast process that went incredibly professional and clean with lots of information along the way. I highly recommend this company if you're having any issues with your AC as a homeowner!
