Was contacted before appointment and given updates about delays, name, picture of tech, and arrival time. Thomas the tech was great and looked at whole System. Thomas gave many options for hvac to run at optimal capacity. Problem fixed and identified some possible future issues. Will be using in future. Fantastic experience and Definitely recommend.

Old Coast was fantastic through out the sales and installation process! Roy really worked hard to get our family a great and affordable deal. The install team of Jeremy, DJ, and Cody were very knowledgeable and professional. They completed the install quickly, and exceeded the standard as well as my expectations! I received an email with a pic of the service tech who would be coming out to look at my system. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He didn't try to upsell me on anything. He provided me information and let me make the decision. Also very fair and fast.

Great experience. They were able to come check out a problem the same day we called and promptly diagnosed the problem. We received a range of repair/replace options the same day and everything was fixed and working again within 48 hours. Techs were pleasant, polite and COVID safety conscious. We have used Old Coast in the past and will continue to recommend them highly.

He walked me through everything and since I wasn't in the area, he actually video teleconferenced with me to show me how the system was working.
