My technician was Dwayne. He did an amazing job. He is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He took the time to explain what it was he was doing and made sure i understood and was comfortable with the service he provided. I wouldn’t trust any other technician with my system. By far the best.

Oscar Hernandez and his crew were fabulous! They were very conscientious and went above and beyond what we expected. I cannot say enough good about the quality of the work they did for us. They meticulously cleaned up after themselves so that we hardly knew they were ever here. We will recommend Old Coast to all of our friends and neighbors.

Oscar and his Crew did an excellent job. Game faces from the beginning of the install to the end. Hard working, kind, and thorough. Did an excellent job! Anthony did a great job helping me choose the correct system for my home, was a seamless process! Truly took the headache and angst out of purchasing a new HVAC system. Good luck getting help with your heat when it goes out. Paid to have a tech come out. No idea of time frame on back ordered parts. Paperwork I was given when they installed a new system stated 10 years on all parts. Good luck with that too. 6 years in and I have to pay $800 for just the thermostat and hub to operate system. Had to ask for somebody to call me when I was told it was on back order. Not a rude company- but definitely has operational inefficiencies. Not very professional. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I was straightening up my house, looked at the thermostat and noticed it was set to 72 but the temp in the house was 74, then 75. So after messing with it, I literally freaked out bc it was supposed to hit the high 80’s the next few days. So I called the number, they answered right away and a tech was at my house with in the hour. He did a super thorough job trying to figure out what happened…well my 17 year old AC had died. With in an hour after that, Mr Roy was at my house, ran through all my options for what would best work for us. By Tuesday Oscar and his team were at my house installing my new unit, cleaned all the gross dust and stuff out of the vents and ducts. They even left everything SPOTLESS!!! Oscar was also very very personable. Totally would recommend 100%!!!! It also wasn’t expensive compared to what other people have told me they paid and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for. Just saying.

Horrible service. Scammers. 1st interaction was a service call to fix a minor blower issue. Issue was fixed but technician did not replace cover to air handler properly and warm air was being sucked into unit. 3 of about 10 screws were replaced and cover was not positioned properly. Very sloppy. 2nd interaction was for a quote for a new HVAC system. Salesman said that they charged $300 for a load calculation needed for an accurate quote of the system size. Yes, they wanted $300 to provide an accurate quote. When I refused to pay this, the salesman never called or showed up for 2nd scheduled appointment despite saying he would "talk to his boss" and reply to me by email.

Edit to respond to owner comment: If I "declined" and "canceled" the follow up appointment as you state, why did your salesman send me a text message 2 hours after our scheduled appointment stating "I apologize that this slipped through the cracks and that the office didn't notify you of my absence." I would be happy to provide you with this text but please respond honestly to my comments. Regarding your policy of charging $300 for an accurate quote, that is entirely your right, and mine to decline.

We had Old Coast replace our nonfunctional HVAC. The initial process was very pleasant. They arrived promptly, gave recommendations for replacement and the removal/install was very efficient. It was to that point a very pleasant experience. However, the unit installed was incredibly noisy. Old coast quickly sent out technicians on 3 different occasions to fix it, but none of the visits relieved the noise. I finally reached out to the manager, who said things were in process for factory replacement. He personally came to the house to inspect. I was not able to be there, but my husband was. He said that he did not hear any noise but would look around because “happy wife, happy life” and all. I called to speak with the manager myself and he was condescending and rude.
They did not complete factory replacement, but tried one additional fix which finally improved the noise!
My review only gives two stars due to the manager and his rudeness. All of the other employees were professional, prompt and efficient.

They responded fast after we explained we needed service and came the day they said they would. One technician came and access our needs and what was wrong. The next appointment was cost estimate and advantages that were explained in a way my wife and I could understand. Our old unit was 10yrs old, we thought about the cost overnight, and called to go forward with the new unit and a day later on time to start installation. Great work and customer service. We are happy campers🤗🤗😎😎

Old Coast recently installed a new HVAC system for us and we are extremely happy with their work. Oscar and his crew did a great job installing our new system. They answered all our questions and stayed late to insure the system was working perfectly. Very pleased with our decision to have Old Coast replace our system.

Thomas did a great job! He was very knowledgeable, polite & even tolerated my elderly very LARGE dog, not to mention the other two dogs as well. We were very pleased with his service & follow up. We were scheduled the service because it was no charge since it was a part of the maintenance package we purchased. Thomas’s attitude was so wonderful, we wish the management & the back office (people who schedule the appointments) had the same amazing customer service skills that he has. They seem to be more concerned with positive reviews, sales & sales of additional services than customer satisfaction.
