Just finished our semi-annual service performed by tech Ryan Sheppard.

Ryan not only took the time to check the system top to bottom but also went over the programming of our Trane Comfort Link thermostat controller to make certain we had the most enery efficient settings chosen. I'd like to offer a personal "thank you" to Ryan and also recommend Old Coast for all your needs.

We’ve had a great experience using Old Coast in the last year. Robert Shippy was very quick to respond and personally checked in multiple times to make sure that the work being done was done properly. The service and construction crew was professional and got the job done quickly. We’ve had the company replace both of our A/C units and re-do our old duct work. Any time that we’ve needed service work, the company was quick to send a technician and they worked until the problem was resolved. I would highly recommend Old Coast. We’ve been very happy with everyone there.

Anthony, Maury, Michael, and their crew did an AMAZING JOB at installing a new A/C package unit! They went above and beyond to insure that we were satisfied. I highly recommend them!

Everyone from Anthony, to Oscar, and even the general manager has impressed me with thier professionalism, skill, fortitude , and forthright compassion. These guys really care about what they do, and do it right. The quality you get form this company is bar none the best in the south. If you have to get a new AC unit , have problems with your current one regarding repairs, or even upgrades to your home system. These guys are absolutely the BEST. I cannot recommend them enough.

Thomas answered our call for assistance regarding our smart thermostat and how to program each zone with a name. He took the time to carefully go through each of the steps and I'm sure that I understood how to take over this part of are smart technology on my own. What was exceptional about Thomas is that he was never condescending, continually smiled, and was respectful. Old Coast air has been our go to conditioning company for almost 10 years now and they have not disappointed. From installation to after service the employees and the support have been exceptional.

Thomas came to troubleshoot a heat system issue. He was polite, courteous and timely. He volunteered answers to questions freely and I found his explanations to be clear and concise. He worked cleanly and respectfully in our home. Will certainly recommend this service in the future.

The entire process with this company, from calling in for help with out broken AC, to getting guidance on the best new AC for us, to install, was extremely streamlined and easy as a costumer. Everyone we worked with seemed to genuinely care about getting us cold air again. Our house was at a toasty 80 degrees for two days, and they even lent us a temporary unit to give cool air to our bedroom so we could sleep, which was great because we have a 10 week old… sleep is super important to us! I would highly recommend these folks to anyone who’s on the fence.

I've had a great experience with Old Coast so far. Oscar and his team have installed 2 new units for me. Both installations were done thoroughly and efficiently. Anthony has also been great to work with and is always very responsive. He considers what the customer truly needs and recommends accordingly.

I called Old Coast Heating & Air first thing on Sunday morning, during a southern summer, with record high temps outside because my AC wasn’t getting cold. After calling several of the “Reputable” “Big Names” “24/7 Emergency Services” that never responded OCH& A was very responsive, communicated with me throughout the process and by 1 pm my air was working again. Mr.Sheppard is very knowledgeable and had no problem explaining the issues and we came to a quick resolution. If you don’t have one I highly recommend one of their maintenance packages. I paid no money out of pocket and still have a credit to use for future services. My family and I can not thank them enough from the initial service call (David is great) to the actual work was well worth the investment. They have a customer for any and all HVAC issues for life.

These guys are great! They are so helpful and shout out to Stan who gave me honest feedback. This company is very lucky to have him.
