Over the years Old Coast has been our go-to for heating and air needs. Recently, we replaced our whole unit with Old Coast. We were very pleased with the price and interactions before install. We found Roy to be helpful, prompt, and professional. The install crew was friendly and I felt safe leaving my home while they were there. I would recommend them to friends.

Anthony is very responsive and professional. Great prices! Old Coast completed a full interior and exterior unit installation for my house. Installers showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. They also removed all old units and materials. I don't normally choose a business to work with based on reviews because I work in a business that I am graded on. No matter the circumstances, and I know that when things fail and people have to spend money, the result is usually an upset customer which trickles down to this...a google or yelp review.
Well, I've spent money, I sat with Anthony and Jonathan...and Jonathan(training) and was SUPER pleased with everything, from their prompt arrival, clean appearance, knowledge, and explanations. They gave me the opportunity to make my own decisions. My service technician, Hector, and his crew were courteous, respectful of my home, clean and super efficient. He explained what he had replaced, why he replaced it, and was willing to give instruction.
I HIGHLY recommend Old Coast Heating & Air and will be more then happy to name drop when I'm out and about.

Old Coast installed my new unit in 2016. My smart thermostat had gone out so I called to have my routine maintenance and to possibly fix/replace the thermostat. Stan and Thomas were the techs that come out. They were polite, professional and friendly. They were able to replace my thermostat and have me connected back to it via my app. Above all else, my dog actually liked them. So that makes them the best!

Old Coast's customer service is unmatched! They gave us an incredibly fair and reasonable quote. Anthony and Veronica are top notch. When they went to order the system, the product they quoted for was no longer offered by the company, so they automatically upgraded us to a more efficient system at no extra cost. Who does that anymore?! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! I cannot say enough great things about them! From start to finish, they went above and beyond. The crew who did the dual system installation was courteous and professional. Go with them! You will not regret it!

I am an out of town owner of a condo in Savannah that my SCAD son lives in full time. Our heat went out during the fall cold snap. Old Coast was highly recommended to us. I called from Colorado & set up a service call for a month in the future. The technician, Sean, arrived right on time on the allotted Friday & evaluated the system. He went over everything and educated my son during his evaluation.
We chose to have a new system installed, as well as replacing a rusted out rooftop air handler that required a CRANE to get up to the roof top of this three story building.
Roy managed our project and kept me informed every step of the way. Old Coast was able to get our new system installed and running on the Tuesday following our initial service appointment. Roy even made an extra trip on Monday to double check that everything was set & no surprises for the big install on Tuesday. It went super smooth and I highly recommend this company!!
