I am totally impressed with Old Coast Heating and Air. Being new to the area I could not have made a better choice. This company is outstanding when it comes to communicating when the technician is in route. My review of Ryan Sheppard is long over due. This guy is a genius and very knowledgeable. Ryan came out and repaired my hvac. He diagnosed the root cause of my hvac failure and fixed it. The repairs were very reasonable. Rich Speaks is another great guy very genuine and personable. You guys Rock!

Outstanding service from Old Coast HVAC. The system on our home was 14 years old and we made the decision to replace both systems for the house. Jeff was a genuine representative for the company. He evaluated our old system and gave us different options and advised on the best systems for our home. The install crew led by Dan did an outstanding job installing the new systems and explaining all aspects of the install. He also provided advice on maintaining the new air handlers and outside units. I had an old wheezing AC unit. Old Coast HVAC came out and along with showing me that the unit was on its last legs, pointed out a copper tube that was too small contributing to a loss of efficiency. I made the decision to replace the whole unit and selected the economy model. At no time did Old Coast try to upsell me which I appreciated. After I did my own research later that night, I called my PoC back and he answered every question I had and recommended a better unit (actually telling me a more expensive model was too much for my situation). Installation started on time and went well. The installers were pleasant, hard working and left the place cleaner than it was. I am extremely happy. Jerry

These guys came back and replaced my duct work. I live in an 150 years old building with all that entails. After installing the new AC, we realized the ducts were in sad shape. Hector and Ishmael spent two days of hard work to make sure everything was perfect. Great guys! Again, left my home cleaner than it was. Jerry

Stan and a colleague cleaned the air ducts, as well as the dryer vent, in my home. They were very nice, and Stan was very knowledgable and explained the process in detail; however, they left my home a mess after the duct cleaning. During conversation, Stan mentioned having a small vacuum to clean up the areas under the vents that were cleaned throughout the home, a total of 24. He then recommended that I clean them myself to ensure the areas are cleaned as his vacuum is small and not very efficient. *I read in other reviews that the company would use the dirtiness left after duct cleanings as a learning opportunity so the training opportunities aren't successful if this is still happening. Another thing that was odd to me was that they used my ladder without asking first. I had left my personal step ladder in the bedroom and when I walked into the master bathroom to check on the progress they were using it. It was then that they asked to use it. I told them of course and that is was no big deal, but they should have asked first before using someone's personal property. To end on a positive note, the young man who was with Stan used a Clorox wipe that I provided to clean the vent in my daughter's room that was exceptionally dirty even though I said I would get it.
*I would like to make an edit that the manager called me, apologized and made the situation better. Great customer service is why I increased from 3 to 4 stars.

Anthony was great to work with. We had an HVAC unit replaced. The installation process was a breeze. Work completed quickly and professionally. Each appointment that we had, they came on time, so we were never had to wait. The pricing was also decent. This is a top notch company. I highly recommend if you in need of AC/heating services.

I have now used Old Coast twice for annual maintenance and troubleshooting. I am completely satisfied and find their service, value and expertise terrific. I want to especially recognize Stan for his thoroughness, terrific customer service and patience explaining everything and making sure the issue was resolved and that the customer understands everything. Our technician was wonderful! I called right before the office closed and they still were able to send someone out. He was at our house in half an hour. Wonderful tech had us up and running in 20 minutes. Would use them again in a heartbeat

Great company! Very professional and helpful. From the lady that answered my phone call to the technician who came to work on my equipment. Thomas was able to quickly diagnose why my furnace wasn't coming on. He explained what the repairs would be and gave me prices before proceeding. Then he did the complete diagnostic on my entire HVAC system. Top notch! I even signed up for their maintenance service. Highly recommended.

Old Coast Heating & Air was recommended to me by a coworker. Thomas came on time and was very friendly. I told him I knew nothing about heat pumps, that I had only had furnaces before. He had no problem answering all of my questions. He was here for regular maintenance but had a few recommendations on what needed to be done and why, and sent me the estimates before he even drove away. Great service!
