After a week and a half of no AC while waiting for the home warranty people to act, we decided to reach out to a company with a good reputation that would treat us well. After a quick search, we found that Old Coast had one of the best reputations in the area. They did not disappoint! Roy Moore was our rep, and he came out and was patient, kind, and professional. He answered all of our questions and got us set up with the level of unit and reliable service we were hoping to get for our house. They set us up with the soonest possible time to install the unit, and they gave us a floor unit to keep cool while we waited.

The team that showed up on the day was early, professional, and incredibly polite. They took their time to make sure everything was installed properly, and we were up and running before the day was over. The was a total replacement of an ancient unit, and they even had to crawl into the attic space to run another thermostat wire. Needless to say, it wasn't a walk in the park job. They made it seem easy, though, and they were all smiles and good moods when I checked on them. I look forward to continuing our relationship with this company as we enjoy our new unit in our house. As first time homeowners, we know we will depend on them for years to come, and it's honestly a relief to know they're there.

We hired Old Coast to do an install on our brand new construction home in early 2021. I can’t say enough good things about them. From beginning to end, not only was their staff friendly and knowledgeable but they were punctual and priced competitively. From the initial install to the maintenance, their communication has remained the best in the industry. I am a state licensed general contractor as well (I know the nightmares of finding a good company) and I recommend them to all of my clients. If you’re looking for old school work ethics that don’t seem to exist these days, these guys are definitely who you want.

Had our HVAC ducts and vents cleaned recently. Very responsive when setting up the appointment. Dwayne, their technician was on time, very professional and very thorough. He answered all questions and made sure our home was cleaned up afterwards. Great job!

I have used Old Coast for several years on a couple properties. Their technicians have always provided reliable service and their dispatch makes it easy on me when scheduling services for tenants. John Koen was here today performing standard maintenance/cleaning of my one package outdoor unit. He took plenty of pictures that increased my awareness of minor issues I can monitor between services. Another great experience!

Dwayne provided excellent service today when he came to provide maintenance on our HVAC system! He was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything taken care of and to answer any and all questions. He even took the extra step to not only provide a full review of his visit to myself and my fiancé as tenants, but also again to our landlord! Fantastic customer service and highly knowledgeable.

I had such a great experience. I found Old Coast on Home Advisor and reviews were really good so I gave them a try. My unit was not heating so they came out and provided diagnostics. I had the choice to repair or replace but due to age of the unit I opted to replace. Within hours of the recommendation they had Roy on the scene to help me with a quote and with in 24 hours of decided to proceed with the purchase the unit was installed by Hector and his crew. The finishes were great and they did a nice job of clean up. I will be using them again. Very knowledgeable and professional.

He scheduled my next appointment to have someone give me a quote for a new unit and made me feel reassured that the what I was getting what was I needed. He gave me many options and tried to save as much costs as possible. John is highly recommended

Oscar and his crew were amazing! They were very respectful, cleaned up after themselves each day and the work completed exceeded or expectations. Oscar even gave me three options to how I wanted the intake area covered within our closet. Thank you for the great job finished earlier than expected!
